There is no way to talk to anyone about it and the chats were useless. It’s a huge order and iHerb has my bank card information and I have no information from iHerb other than the first email confirming my order.

iHerb 17 April review was removed I wrote a review on the 17 April as a result of my 08 and 15 April experience. All of what I said in my reviews are true. iHerb flagged the 17 April review to Trustpilot on grounds that it was defamatory. How can it be defamatory when iHerb, after nearly 20 years of being a customer, treats its customer like s**t! That is the painful truth that iHerb refuses to acknowledge!
