The best advice I can give someone is… The best advice I can give someone is charge back your credit card or bank card because these guys will take your money, offer you so much and never never pay you, seek legal action and stay away as far as you can. SCAM Good morning, I had two 100k accounts funded since January 2023. I found myself banned for non-inactivity because their platform no longer works. I think that the aim of this manipulation is to remove all customer accounts without having to proceed. This is the first time I have seen a company with such bad values. Never take up a challenge with them, they are thieves as many reviews point out.

Positive to start, poor customer service caused my inactivity breach.. I've been with them for a while and have found they get back to me on chat or email pretty quickly. Had some login issues for my account and they sorted it out for me. I've been recovering some drawdown from huge market moves that hit me hard, so not made a withdrawal yet but hopefully that will be over the next couple of weeks, hopefully that goes smoothly when it happens so I can leave this as a 5 star review. Update: I was unable to login to my account for a while, I went onto chat to get my issue sorted. Didn't hear anything back on chat or email. A couple of weeks later I was emailed saying I've breached my account because of inactivity, even though I am unable to login to make trades. Come on FCFF, sort it out. Get me my logins and stop confirming the negative reviews on here.
