Positive to start, poor customer service caused my inactivity breach.. I've been with them for a while and have found they get back to me on chat or email pretty quickly. Had some login issues for my account and they sorted it out for me. I've been recovering some drawdown from huge market moves that hit me hard, so not made a withdrawal yet but hopefully that will be over the next couple of weeks, hopefully that goes smoothly when it happens so I can leave this as a 5 star review. Update: I was unable to login to my account for a while, I went onto chat to get my issue sorted. Didn't hear anything back on chat or email. A couple of weeks later I was emailed saying I've breached my account because of inactivity, even though I am unable to login to make trades. Come on FCFF, sort it out. Get me my logins and stop confirming the negative reviews on here.

I still haven't gotten my withdrawal… I still haven't gotten my withdrawal after five months. I'll tell everybody who wants to trade not to put their trust in them. Look for additional reliable platforms, such as PlanOff, Etoro, etc. There are plenty of them, but stay away from this.

Dont even think about it Surprised that the cftc has looked into this company. They are the most corrupt prop firm out there. Ive been waiting for a payout since the beginning of the year and still nothing. Hopefully the see some recourse from all of the wrong they have done. Companies like this are what gives prop firms a bad wrap. The funded trader is an example of what a honest prop firm is.

Simple email will send it to u said your payout has been denied because missing history or denied because trade not valid . What a big scam , i lost all my money not event my fees return .
