Positive to start, poor customer service caused my inactivity breach.. I've been with them for a while and have found they get back to me on chat or email pretty quickly. Had some login issues for my account and they sorted it out for me. I've been recovering some drawdown from huge market moves that hit me hard, so not made a withdrawal yet but hopefully that will be over the next couple of weeks, hopefully that goes smoothly when it happens so I can leave this as a 5 star review. Update: I was unable to login to my account for a while, I went onto chat to get my issue sorted. Didn't hear anything back on chat or email. A couple of weeks later I was emailed saying I've breached my account because of inactivity, even though I am unable to login to make trades. Come on FCFF, sort it out. Get me my logins and stop confirming the negative reviews on here.

Absolute scammers Absolute scammers. Held a 100k account since December. First payout dude 19th April. Suddenly withdraw is in review for compliance. A month later email saying account breached. No breach during being open but account supposedly breached and closed when payment requested. Do not under any circumstances use this company. Absolute scammers. You’ve been warned.

Scam Scam company. I had a 100k "funded" account. Had a first 1500$ withdrawal request pending since February 2023. They shut off all contact methods except the live chat. Live chat told me they were still reviewing my withdrawal request. Another 1400$ profit was made since and I cannot request a withdrawal. I haven't traded since June and I just received an email that my account was breached in December. Total bs. You owe me money fcff!
