ITSimply the worst experience I ever had with a a retail company Wrong internet service provided ever, not only their service is poor (bad connection, no support) but they actively try to rob you at any corner. They charged me 50 euro for a secondo modem because THEY shipped the first one to the wrong address, they charge you 29 euros for cancelling the contract even if stated in the contract itself that there are no cancelling fees.
