ITNo customer service No customer service, inconsistent service, internet just vanishes at anytime and there is no way to fix it. Tried to contact customer support and they kept going on a loop of automated calls and then put down the call

IT3months without internet and they never… 3months without internet and they never put a line to our house. and we cannot go to other company because we have an open contract with them. so pretty much i've spending more money my phone data everytime it finish. fastweb made us pay for the promotion and made as pay for the sim we didn't even use and refused to help or give us refund. this company is a thief don't beware don't be fooled by them

ITA really terrible customer support 😡 A really terrible customer support 😡. In fact there is no way to get any solution to their horrible call centers, where when you ask a support, they put down the phone! Could not possibly recommend them. Shame on Fastweb 😡😡
