GBVitacost has become the absolute worst … Vitacost has become the absolute worst company to try and navigate their website which always seems to be crashed when they have a big promotion. Their customer service is non existent. They make it impossible to contact them. The online chat is a joke. They do not respond to Messenger or constant e-mails. They need to be brought up to the BBB in Florida for their fraudulent practices. That just don’t care about their customers.If they spent more money on customer service and getting a website like No. 7 has, I would remain a customer. Now I won’t even buy their product on Amazon. They totally disgust their valued customers. Good riddance to what used to be a fairly decent place to buy supplements. This negative review will not even matter to them, that is how BAD and disgusting they have become.

AUFabulous Online Experience I’ve ordered from Vitacost three times now and I have had positive experiences each time. Their online site is easy to navigate and they always have the stock that I’m after. Their orders are dispatched so quickly to Australia, I’m honestly shocked by the speed in which they arrive. GBExcellent products and service! Excellent products and service! I do not understand the complaints about Vitacost. I've been a customer for over 12 years. The shipments usually show up within 24-48 hours. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes, they offer 12%-20% discounts. I placed a large order with Vitacost around two months ago. It was stolen from my lobby. All the contents were gone. I contacted Vitacost to reorder my items, not expecting a refund. They replaced everything without question and no charge even though it wasn't their fault. The package showed up the next day. I've never had any problems with customer service. After over 12 years, every order has been perfect! Unless I encounter any issues, I'll continue to be a customer.
