GBNO PRODUCT DELIVERY… Order was never delivered per notification on 4/23, even though I got a message stating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. Order was returned to warehouse (no explanation given) and again sent OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 25. Order was AGAIN not delivered and no explanation was given. I've been a customer of Vitacost for over 10 years and their service has gone downhill recently. Customer service (in the Caribbean now) was of no help. Shipping company they use is useless.

GBVitacost is #1 for healthy ORGANIC food. Vitacost ORGANIC food for optimum health, at phenomenal prices! All the items are carefully wrapped, and home delivery is a great option since USPS does not deliver to homes in my area, And Vitacost has superior customer service - from real humans - online and on the phone! (Something that is rare in this day and age.) We LOVE Vitacost.

GBBeware of their 15-20% discount codes I have noticed that when they showcase a code that will give you 15-20% off - they actually hike up the prices and then offer the discount - so you're not really getting any discount. I checked the prices with Amazon and a lot of times Amazon is cheaper! So just something to beware of. You're not always getting a discount!

GBVitacost has become the absolute worst … Vitacost has become the absolute worst company to try and navigate their website which always seems to be crashed when they have a big promotion. Their customer service is non existent. They make it impossible to contact them. The online chat is a joke. They do not respond to Messenger or constant e-mails. They need to be brought up to the BBB in Florida for their fraudulent practices. That just don’t care about their customers.If they spent more money on customer service and getting a website like No. 7 has, I would remain a customer. Now I won’t even buy their product on Amazon. They totally disgust their valued customers. Good riddance to what used to be a fairly decent place to buy supplements. This negative review will not even matter to them, that is how BAD and disgusting they have become.
