Repeat customer This recent order, as most of my orders was delivered quickly, accurately and with without any issues. In fact, I have never had an issue. I have been using Vitacost for about 4 years now. I place my orders 6-8 times a year. Although their prices are low, I usually wait for a sale, or a coupon. I have established lists in Vitacost where my regularly ordered items are stored to make my next purchase easy. In general, they do a great job and meet every expectation.

Bravo! I once purchased from Vitacost often, but stopped because of deteriorating service. However, I recently placed three orders, with excellent results. I had suggested to them for years that they ship factory cases of products when possible. In the two orders that I received today, they did exactly that! As a result, there were *no* broken glass bottles in either box. This change in the way they fulfill orders lowers their costs for a quite number of reasons, which ultimately benefit customers.
