A once fantastic company but service has gone to hell in a handbaskett A once fantastic company that would have orders on my doorstep within 3 days. Now my last order was shipped 4 days after ordering and then to the wrong place! I have been using them for over 5 years. If they don't get this recent blunder fixed I just might be done.

Fabulous Online Experience I’ve ordered from Vitacost three times now and I have had positive experiences each time. Their online site is easy to navigate and they always have the stock that I’m after. Their orders are dispatched so quickly to Australia, I’m honestly shocked by the speed in which they arrive. Excellent products and service! Excellent products and service! I do not understand the complaints about Vitacost. I've been a customer for over 12 years. The shipments usually show up within 24-48 hours. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes, they offer 12%-20% discounts. I placed a large order with Vitacost around two months ago. It was stolen from my lobby. All the contents were gone. I contacted Vitacost to reorder my items, not expecting a refund. They replaced everything without question and no charge even though it wasn't their fault. The package showed up the next day. I've never had any problems with customer service. After over 12 years, every order has been perfect! Unless I encounter any issues, I'll continue to be a customer.

Repeat customer This recent order, as most of my orders was delivered quickly, accurately and with without any issues. In fact, I have never had an issue. I have been using Vitacost for about 4 years now. I place my orders 6-8 times a year. Although their prices are low, I usually wait for a sale, or a coupon. I have established lists in Vitacost where my regularly ordered items are stored to make my next purchase easy. In general, they do a great job and meet every expectation.
