NO PRODUCT DELIVERY… Order was never delivered per notification on 4/23, even though I got a message stating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. Order was returned to warehouse (no explanation given) and again sent OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 25. Order was AGAIN not delivered and no explanation was given. I've been a customer of Vitacost for over 10 years and their service has gone downhill recently. Customer service (in the Caribbean now) was of no help. Shipping company they use is useless.

I also buy food and juices here -- especially Jovial pasta, Bragg's, Bob's red mill gluten free, Lakewood juices and Chocolove chocolate. On a couple of occasions boxes were not packed with care-- I sent photos of the damaged products and my money was refunded quickly.
