GBI had ordinarie experiance with… I had ordinarie experiance with Vitacost. It was almosh good. There was nothing especialy speciall in it, everything was as expected. They offer good prices and priiver high qality prodects. I find it easy to navigte the website, all the infirmation I needed was there. Iother thing I liked about Vitacost is that the customer service is very friendly and helpfull, they answered all my questions promtly. In general, I'm hapyp with Vitacost and its services.

GBNO PRODUCT DELIVERY… Order was never delivered per notification on 4/23, even though I got a message stating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. Order was returned to warehouse (no explanation given) and again sent OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 25. Order was AGAIN not delivered and no explanation was given. I've been a customer of Vitacost for over 10 years and their service has gone downhill recently. Customer service (in the Caribbean now) was of no help. Shipping company they use is useless.

GBUpdate to review-Vitacost responded Update 3-20: I did find an email address for Vitacost customer service and sent an email outlining my experience. They did respond and offered me a new code for 20% off, which worked. I have updated my rating to 4 stars since overall I have been pleased with Vitacost. However, their live customer service help still receives 1 star. I have purchased from Vitacost long before Kroger bought the company and loved them. Since Kroger took over, I've had issues with orders and some product breakage during shipping. That I can live with. But I received a promotional email for a 20 percent off my order, spent time on their site shopping, put in the code they provided, and received a message saying it had been used already. I hadn't used it. I called customer service, and they were no help at all (and customer service is now outsourced overseas, it wasn't pre-Kroger). I said I can forward the email, she said she doesn't have access to email (really?), she couldn't give me the 20% off, would not transfer me to someone else, just said I'd have to place the order, then call back to talk to them and get 20% refunded to my payment account. Do you think I trust that? Plus I'd have to waste more of my time on the phone. I said no.

GBorganic and eco-friendly products I've been shopping here for 6+ years and make purchases 4-12 times/year. I buy many of my organic/eco-friendly beauty, cleaning and laundry products here. I also buy food and juices here -- especially Jovial pasta, Bragg's, Bob's red mill gluten free, Lakewood juices and Chocolove chocolate. On a couple of occasions boxes were not packed with care-- I sent photos of the damaged products and my money was refunded quickly. Shipping is free if you meet the minimum and they offer generous promotions and discount codes.

GBVitacost has become the absolute worst … Vitacost has become the absolute worst company to try and navigate their website which always seems to be crashed when they have a big promotion. Their customer service is non existent. They make it impossible to contact them. The online chat is a joke. They do not respond to Messenger or constant e-mails. They need to be brought up to the BBB in Florida for their fraudulent practices. That just don’t care about their customers.If they spent more money on customer service and getting a website like No. 7 has, I would remain a customer. Now I won’t even buy their product on Amazon. They totally disgust their valued customers. Good riddance to what used to be a fairly decent place to buy supplements. This negative review will not even matter to them, that is how BAD and disgusting they have become.
