Vitacost has become the absolute worst … Vitacost has become the absolute worst company to try and navigate their website which always seems to be crashed when they have a big promotion. Their customer service is non existent. They make it impossible to contact them. The online chat is a joke. They do not respond to Messenger or constant e-mails. They need to be brought up to the BBB in Florida for their fraudulent practices. That just don’t care about their customers.If they spent more money on customer service and getting a website like No. 7 has, I would remain a customer. Now I won’t even buy their product on Amazon. They totally disgust their valued customers. Good riddance to what used to be a fairly decent place to buy supplements. This negative review will not even matter to them, that is how BAD and disgusting they have become.

Packaging is usually done perfectly with precision - this last shipment has two of my Yogi boxes crushed but the tea bags did not split. Shipping is quick and received with a doorbell ring! Repeat customer This recent order, as most of my orders was delivered quickly, accurately and with without any issues. In fact, I have never had an issue. I have been using Vitacost for about 4 years now. I place my orders 6-8 times a year. Although their prices are low, I usually wait for a sale, or a coupon. I have established lists in Vitacost where my regularly ordered items are stored to make my next purchase easy. In general, they do a great job and meet every expectation.

Go to Costco. This place sucks This used to be a good place to purchase supplements. However, their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you sign up for their automatic renewals, and you don’t meet there qualifying amount you get dinged for shipping.
