organic and eco-friendly products I've been shopping here for 6+ years and make purchases 4-12 times/year. I buy many of my organic/eco-friendly beauty, cleaning and laundry products here. I also buy food and juices here -- especially Jovial pasta, Bragg's, Bob's red mill gluten free, Lakewood juices and Chocolove chocolate. On a couple of occasions boxes were not packed with care-- I sent photos of the damaged products and my money was refunded quickly. Shipping is free if you meet the minimum and they offer generous promotions and discount codes.

Not really sure about this place Not really sure about this place. I called a few times and got no answer. I placed an email and had no response. I decided not to buy anything

Repeat customer This recent order, as most of my orders was delivered quickly, accurately and with without any issues. In fact, I have never had an issue. I have been using Vitacost for about 4 years now. I place my orders 6-8 times a year. Although their prices are low, I usually wait for a sale, or a coupon. I have established lists in Vitacost where my regularly ordered items are stored to make my next purchase easy. In general, they do a great job and meet every expectation.

Go to Costco. This place sucks This used to be a good place to purchase supplements. However, their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you sign up for their automatic renewals, and you don’t meet there qualifying amount you get dinged for shipping.

this site may be careless when billing you This company may be careless with billing they have billed be twice for my order of joint supplement product.
