organic and eco-friendly products I've been shopping here for 6+ years and make purchases 4-12 times/year. I buy many of my organic/eco-friendly beauty, cleaning and laundry products here. I also buy food and juices here -- especially Jovial pasta, Bragg's, Bob's red mill gluten free, Lakewood juices and Chocolove chocolate. On a couple of occasions boxes were not packed with care-- I sent photos of the damaged products and my money was refunded quickly. Shipping is free if you meet the minimum and they offer generous promotions and discount codes.

NO PRODUCT DELIVERY… Order was never delivered per notification on 4/23, even though I got a message stating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. Order was returned to warehouse (no explanation given) and again sent OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 25. Order was AGAIN not delivered and no explanation was given. I've been a customer of Vitacost for over 10 years and their service has gone downhill recently. Customer service (in the Caribbean now) was of no help. Shipping company they use is useless.

Fast and Efficient Always a pleasure and my last order qualified for a couple of extra discounts which is always delightful. Vitacost products are first class. The website is clear and simple to use. Packaging is usually done perfectly with precision - this last shipment has two of my Yogi boxes crushed but the tea bags did not split. Shipping is quick and received with a doorbell ring! Thank you Vitacost for excellent service again!

Beware of their 15-20% discount codes I have noticed that when they showcase a code that will give you 15-20% off - they actually hike up the prices and then offer the discount - so you're not really getting any discount. I checked the prices with Amazon and a lot of times Amazon is cheaper! So just something to beware of. You're not always getting a discount!
