Excellent products and service! Excellent products and service! I do not understand the complaints about Vitacost. I've been a customer for over 12 years. The shipments usually show up within 24-48 hours. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes, they offer 12%-20% discounts. I placed a large order with Vitacost around two months ago. It was stolen from my lobby. All the contents were gone. I contacted Vitacost to reorder my items, not expecting a refund. They replaced everything without question and no charge even though it wasn't their fault. The package showed up the next day. I've never had any problems with customer service. After over 12 years, every order has been perfect! Unless I encounter any issues, I'll continue to be a customer.

NO PRODUCT DELIVERY… Order was never delivered per notification on 4/23, even though I got a message stating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. Order was returned to warehouse (no explanation given) and again sent OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 25. Order was AGAIN not delivered and no explanation was given. I've been a customer of Vitacost for over 10 years and their service has gone downhill recently. Customer service (in the Caribbean now) was of no help. Shipping company they use is useless.

Vitacost has become the absolute worst … Vitacost has become the absolute worst company to try and navigate their website which always seems to be crashed when they have a big promotion. Their customer service is non existent. They make it impossible to contact them. The online chat is a joke. They do not respond to Messenger or constant e-mails. They need to be brought up to the BBB in Florida for their fraudulent practices. That just don’t care about their customers.If they spent more money on customer service and getting a website like No. 7 has, I would remain a customer. Now I won’t even buy their product on Amazon. They totally disgust their valued customers. Good riddance to what used to be a fairly decent place to buy supplements. This negative review will not even matter to them, that is how BAD and disgusting they have become.

Fabulous Online Experience I’ve ordered from Vitacost three times now and I have had positive experiences each time. Their online site is easy to navigate and they always have the stock that I’m after. Their orders are dispatched so quickly to Australia, I’m honestly shocked by the speed in which they arrive. Vitacost is one of my favorites Vitacost is one of my favorites! to buy Organic/Non Gmo products for a fair price/savings and I have been ordering from them for years. Best deals when order meets free shipping amount. My last two orders actually arrived earlier than expected. I'm stunned by some of the reviews left by those who had a bad experience with delivery/order and chuck the whole company down the drain. I'm not denying your experience is frustrating, but please name me one retail store that has a perfect record? Those orders/packages pass through many hands before it gets to a customer. For example, I recently made an order, with a well known huge mega giant retailer, that ended up being a colossal failure and was time consuming to resolve and get fixed. Do I never order from them again? Of course not. I will order from them again. They sell good products. It was their first major mistake out of past orders. I have placed numerous orders with Vitacost and my overall experience with them has been good. Sure, I have had a few issues with some orders at some point in time. Yes, I have experienced that bag of totally crushed chips but Vitacost was more than gracious to settle and work out with me any issues. Keeping in mind, unfortunately, many Companies are now resorting to outsourcing Call Centers to another country and it is becoming nothing but a train wreck!
