GBUpdate to review-Vitacost responded Update 3-20: I did find an email address for Vitacost customer service and sent an email outlining my experience. They did respond and offered me a new code for 20% off, which worked. I have updated my rating to 4 stars since overall I have been pleased with Vitacost. However, their live customer service help still receives 1 star. I have purchased from Vitacost long before Kroger bought the company and loved them. Since Kroger took over, I've had issues with orders and some product breakage during shipping. That I can live with. But I received a promotional email for a 20 percent off my order, spent time on their site shopping, put in the code they provided, and received a message saying it had been used already. I hadn't used it. I called customer service, and they were no help at all (and customer service is now outsourced overseas, it wasn't pre-Kroger). I said I can forward the email, she said she doesn't have access to email (really?), she couldn't give me the 20% off, would not transfer me to someone else, just said I'd have to place the order, then call back to talk to them and get 20% refunded to my payment account. Do you think I trust that? Plus I'd have to waste more of my time on the phone. I said no.

GBVitacost is one of my favorites Vitacost is one of my favorites! to buy Organic/Non Gmo products for a fair price/savings and I have been ordering from them for years. Best deals when order meets free shipping amount. My last two orders actually arrived earlier than expected. I'm stunned by some of the reviews left by those who had a bad experience with delivery/order and chuck the whole company down the drain. I'm not denying your experience is frustrating, but please name me one retail store that has a perfect record? Those orders/packages pass through many hands before it gets to a customer. For example, I recently made an order, with a well known huge mega giant retailer, that ended up being a colossal failure and was time consuming to resolve and get fixed. Do I never order from them again? Of course not. I will order from them again. They sell good products. It was their first major mistake out of past orders. I have placed numerous orders with Vitacost and my overall experience with them has been good. Sure, I have had a few issues with some orders at some point in time. Yes, I have experienced that bag of totally crushed chips but Vitacost was more than gracious to settle and work out with me any issues. Keeping in mind, unfortunately, many Companies are now resorting to outsourcing Call Centers to another country and it is becoming nothing but a train wreck! Try using their Customer Service Portal or try Live Chat

GBPerfect experience with this company through many years! I've ordered from VitaCost for many years. Orders are ALWAYS accurate. Shipping always meets -- often exceeds! -- my expectations. I love that they keep my list of products I order so I can easily compile my new order.

AUFabulous Online Experience I’ve ordered from Vitacost three times now and I have had positive experiences each time. Their online site is easy to navigate and they always have the stock that I’m after. Their orders are dispatched so quickly to Australia, I’m honestly shocked by the speed in which they arrive. Thank you for your excellent service and to the team that packs and dispatches the orders - you’re great and appreciated! I will continue to do my orders with Vitacost.
