Repeat customer This recent order, as most of my orders was delivered quickly, accurately and with without any issues. In fact, I have never had an issue. I have been using Vitacost for about 4 years now. I place my orders 6-8 times a year. Although their prices are low, I usually wait for a sale, or a coupon. I have established lists in Vitacost where my regularly ordered items are stored to make my next purchase easy. In general, they do a great job and meet every expectation.

Bravo! I once purchased from Vitacost often, but stopped because of deteriorating service. However, I recently placed three orders, with excellent results. I had suggested to them for years that they ship factory cases of products when possible. In the two orders that I received today, they did exactly that! As a result, there were *no* broken glass bottles in either box. This change in the way they fulfill orders lowers their costs for a quite number of reasons, which ultimately benefit customers. It also enhances the shopping experience tremendously! Everything about doing business with Vitacost now produces superb results. Bravo, Vitacost! Bravo!

Fabulous Online Experience I’ve ordered from Vitacost three times now and I have had positive experiences each time. Their online site is easy to navigate and they always have the stock that I’m after. Their orders are dispatched so quickly to Australia, I’m honestly shocked by the speed in which they arrive.
