Bravo! I once purchased from Vitacost often, but stopped because of deteriorating service. However, I recently placed three orders, with excellent results. I had suggested to them for years that they ship factory cases of products when possible. In the two orders that I received today, they did exactly that! As a result, there were *no* broken glass bottles in either box. This change in the way they fulfill orders lowers their costs for a quite number of reasons, which ultimately benefit customers. It also enhances the shopping experience tremendously! Everything about doing business with Vitacost now produces superb results. Bravo, Vitacost! Bravo!

They offer good prices and priiver high qality prodects. I find it easy to navigte the website, all the infirmation I needed was there. Go to Costco. This place sucks This used to be a good place to purchase supplements. However, their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you sign up for their automatic renewals, and you don’t meet there qualifying amount you get dinged for shipping.
