Alothough, product detials were prety limited on the website, customer service is available to answer your queries. Shipping was also alright- hardly any delays. Go to Costco. This place sucks This used to be a good place to purchase supplements. However, their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you sign up for their automatic renewals, and you don’t meet there qualifying amount you get dinged for shipping.

The shipments usually show up within 24-48 hours. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes, they offer 12%-20% discounts. I placed a large order with Vitacost around two months ago. It was stolen from my lobby. All the contents were gone. I contacted Vitacost to reorder my items, not expecting a refund. They replaced everything without question and no charge even though it wasn't their fault. The package showed up the next day. I've never had any problems with customer service. After over 12 years, every order has been perfect! Unless I encounter any issues, I'll continue to be a customer.
