Now my last order was shipped 4 days after ordering and then to the wrong place! I have been using them for over 5 years. If they don't get this recent blunder fixed I just might be done.

Bravo! I once purchased from Vitacost often, but stopped because of deteriorating service. However, I recently placed three orders, with excellent results. I had suggested to them for years that they ship factory cases of products when possible. In the two orders that I received today, they did exactly that! As a result, there were *no* broken glass bottles in either box. This change in the way they fulfill orders lowers their costs for a quite number of reasons, which ultimately benefit customers. I have been using Vitacost for about 4 years now. I place my orders 6-8 times a year. Although their prices are low, I usually wait for a sale, or a coupon.
