Bravo! I once purchased from Vitacost often, but stopped because of deteriorating service. However, I recently placed three orders, with excellent results. I had suggested to them for years that they ship factory cases of products when possible. In the two orders that I received today, they did exactly that! As a result, there were *no* broken glass bottles in either box. This change in the way they fulfill orders lowers their costs for a quite number of reasons, which ultimately benefit customers. It also enhances the shopping experience tremendously! Everything about doing business with Vitacost now produces superb results. Bravo, Vitacost! Bravo!

NO PRODUCT DELIVERY… Order was never delivered per notification on 4/23, even though I got a message stating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. Order was returned to warehouse (no explanation given) and again sent OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 25. Order was AGAIN not delivered and no explanation was given. I've been a customer of Vitacost for over 10 years and their service has gone downhill recently. Customer service (in the Caribbean now) was of no help. Shipping company they use is useless.

Now my last order was shipped 4 days after ordering and then to the wrong place! I have been using them for over 5 years. If they don't get this recent blunder fixed I just might be done.

Excellent products and service! Excellent products and service! I do not understand the complaints about Vitacost. I've been a customer for over 12 years. The shipments usually show up within 24-48 hours. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes, they offer 12%-20% discounts. I placed a large order with Vitacost around two months ago. It was stolen from my lobby. All the contents were gone. I contacted Vitacost to reorder my items, not expecting a refund. They replaced everything without question and no charge even though it wasn't their fault. The package showed up the next day. I've never had any problems with customer service. After over 12 years, every order has been perfect! Unless I encounter any issues, I'll continue to be a customer.

Update to review-Vitacost responded Update 3-20: I did find an email address for Vitacost customer service and sent an email outlining my experience. They did respond and offered me a new code for 20% off, which worked. I have updated my rating to 4 stars since overall I have been pleased with Vitacost. However, their live customer service help still receives 1 star. I have purchased from Vitacost long before Kroger bought the company and loved them. Since Kroger took over, I've had issues with orders and some product breakage during shipping. That I can live with. But I received a promotional email for a 20 percent off my order, spent time on their site shopping, put in the code they provided, and received a message saying it had been used already. I hadn't used it. I called customer service, and they were no help at all (and customer service is now outsourced overseas, it wasn't pre-Kroger). I said I can forward the email, she said she doesn't have access to email (really?), she couldn't give me the 20% off, would not transfer me to someone else, just said I'd have to place the order, then call back to talk to them and get 20% refunded to my payment account. Do you think I trust that? Plus I'd have to waste more of my time on the phone. I said no.
