All the items are carefully wrapped, and home delivery is a great option since USPS does not deliver to homes in my area, And Vitacost has superior customer service - from real humans - online and on the phone! Alothough, product detials were prety limited on the website, customer service is available to answer your queries. Shipping was also alright- hardly any delays. I have to say overall theyhad ok service.

A once fantastic company but service has gone to hell in a handbaskett A once fantastic company that would have orders on my doorstep within 3 days. Now my last order was shipped 4 days after ordering and then to the wrong place! I have been using them for over 5 years. If they don't get this recent blunder fixed I just might be done.
