Alothough, product detials were prety limited on the website, customer service is available to answer your queries. Shipping was also alright- hardly any delays. I have to say overall theyhad ok service.

GBBeware of their 15-20% discount codes I have noticed that when they showcase a code that will give you 15-20% off - they actually hike up the prices and then offer the discount - so you're not really getting any discount. I checked the prices with Amazon and a lot of times Amazon is cheaper! So just something to beware of. You're not always getting a discount!

GBRepeat customer This recent order, as most of my orders was delivered quickly, accurately and with without any issues. In fact, I have never had an issue. I have been using Vitacost for about 4 years now. I place my orders 6-8 times a year. Although their prices are low, I usually wait for a sale, or a coupon. I have established lists in Vitacost where my regularly ordered items are stored to make my next purchase easy. In general, they do a great job and meet every expectation.

All the items are carefully wrapped, and home delivery is a great option since USPS does not deliver to homes in my area, And Vitacost has superior customer service - from real humans - online and on the phone! (Something that is rare in this day and age.) We LOVE Vitacost.

GBExcellent products and service! Excellent products and service! I do not understand the complaints about Vitacost. I've been a customer for over 12 years. The shipments usually show up within 24-48 hours. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes, they offer 12%-20% discounts. I placed a large order with Vitacost around two months ago. It was stolen from my lobby. All the contents were gone. I contacted Vitacost to reorder my items, not expecting a refund. They replaced everything without question and no charge even though it wasn't their fault. The package showed up the next day. I've never had any problems with customer service. After over 12 years, every order has been perfect! Unless I encounter any issues, I'll continue to be a customer.
