The shipments usually show up within 24-48 hours. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes, they offer 12%-20% discounts. I placed a large order with Vitacost around two months ago. It was stolen from my lobby. All the contents were gone. I contacted Vitacost to reorder my items, not expecting a refund. They replaced everything without question and no charge even though it wasn't their fault. The package showed up the next day. I've never had any problems with customer service. After over 12 years, every order has been perfect! Unless I encounter any issues, I'll continue to be a customer.

Packaging is usually done perfectly with precision - this last shipment has two of my Yogi boxes crushed but the tea bags did not split. Shipping is quick and received with a doorbell ring!
