NO PRODUCT DELIVERY… Order was never delivered per notification on 4/23, even though I got a message stating it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. Order was returned to warehouse (no explanation given) and again sent OUT FOR DELIVERY on April 25. Order was AGAIN not delivered and no explanation was given. I've been a customer of Vitacost for over 10 years and their service has gone downhill recently. Customer service (in the Caribbean now) was of no help. Shipping company they use is useless.

Go to Costco. This place sucks This used to be a good place to purchase supplements. However, their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you sign up for their automatic renewals, and you don’t meet there qualifying amount you get dinged for shipping.

My happy home pantry… Ease of finding what my home pantry needed. Barney Almond Butter, Doc Bronner's peppermint liquid soap, lavender and sage spray, vinegar. Oh - and the inside wrapping was done to perfection. No leaks and well done! Thank you.

All the items are carefully wrapped, and home delivery is a great option since USPS does not deliver to homes in my area, And Vitacost has superior customer service - from real humans - online and on the phone! They offer good prices and priiver high qality prodects. I find it easy to navigte the website, all the infirmation I needed was there. Iother thing I liked about Vitacost is that the customer service is very friendly and helpfull, they answered all my questions promtly. In general, I'm hapyp with Vitacost and its services.
