I recieved my Bean Bag after 8 days I recieved my Bean Bag after 8 days. I called them before order bean bag to tell that i want this bean bag in 3 days. Brian was the person who promised me to deliver bean bag in 3 days. I call them after 4th day, brian picked call again and told me - due to unforeseen shipping problem your order may delay. Well understand shipping problem but what about my loss. He offer me 10% off purchase amount back and & $50 voucher as compensation. I said ok and recieved my bean bag on 24 april and 10% refund money $24.90 as they promised. Thanks for money and voucher

NOT ENOUGH FILLER This whole experience has been something else! I just received my filler first, as i was tracking my cover, i noticed it said, customer refused delivery and that it was ganna be sent back to seller! Um what??? For a few days it said this. I never refused anything! Finally i get my cover. I filled with the 70 lbs memory foam and it doesn't even fill my bag half way!! I seriously need at least another 70 lbs of filler. My butt touches my floor! I read a lot of reviews about not receiving enough filler and i should have listened to them. I really looked forward to this bean bag. What a huge disappointment!. Please send me mire filler?? It definitely is not enough to fill this bag. Definitely should be sending more than 70 lb to people for this I definitely should not be touching my floor with my body at all UPDATE they are sending me 30lbs more of filler. Which i appreciate. It's a nice gesture. We shall see if it's enough. But i can't see that being enough.🤷🏻
