GBDo not order from this company Do not order from this company. The number for you to call for customer assistance isn't even Brand N Mart. Which doesn't matter because they won't pick up anyhow. You can email the address provided, but that won't matter either because they won't respond and last but not least you guessed it the item you ordered you won't get. This company is a scam buyers be ware.

GBFast shipping and good after sales… Fast shipping and good after sales service. Got my giant bean bag on 18 April and fillers on 19 April. I am not happy because i received only bean bag cover then i call brandnmart support. They recieve call and answer my question. bean bag is fluffy and soft fur. thanks

GBI recieved my Bean Bag after 8 days I recieved my Bean Bag after 8 days. I called them before order bean bag to tell that i want this bean bag in 3 days. Brian was the person who promised me to deliver bean bag in 3 days. I call them after 4th day, brian picked call again and told me - due to unforeseen shipping problem your order may delay. Well understand shipping problem but what about my loss. He offer me 10% off purchase amount back and & $50 voucher as compensation. I said ok and recieved my bean bag on 24 april and 10% refund money $24.90 as they promised. Thanks for money and voucher

THIS COMPANY IS UNDER investigation THIS COMPANY IS UNDER investigation. They have stolen from me. I sent them back their product and they REFUSE TO REFUND ME. They have emailed a fake refund email. Claimed the refund was ordered 5 days ago, then blamed it on my accredited bank. They 1st said it would take 2 days for my refund then said 10 days. What clothing company takes 10 days for a refund. That is a SCAM. They will also email you from over 5 different emails, which are signs of internet SCAMS. Please save your money. I HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITIES. INVESTIGATING. SCAM SCAM. They will ROB YOU.
