Recieved bean bag and fillers after 7… Recieved bean bag and fillers after 7 days. Ordered on 16 april and got on 23 april. But I am happy with fillings. Got orthopedic Fillers, which is nice. Only one world Nice.

NOT ENOUGH FILLER This whole experience has been something else! I just received my filler first, as i was tracking my cover, i noticed it said, customer refused delivery and that it was ganna be sent back to seller! Um what??? For a few days it said this. I never refused anything! Finally i get my cover. I filled with the 70 lbs memory foam and it doesn't even fill my bag half way!! I seriously need at least another 70 lbs of filler. My butt touches my floor! I read a lot of reviews about not receiving enough filler and i should have listened to them. I really looked forward to this bean bag. What a huge disappointment!. Please send me mire filler?? It definitely is not enough to fill this bag. Definitely should be sending more than 70 lb to people for this I definitely should not be touching my floor with my body at all UPDATE they are sending me 30lbs more of filler. Which i appreciate. It's a nice gesture. We shall see if it's enough. But i can't see that being enough.🤷🏻

I am not happy because i received only bean bag cover then i call brandnmart support. They recieve call and answer my question. bean bag is fluffy and soft fur. thanks

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. The number for you to call for customer assistance isn't even Brand N Mart. Which doesn't matter because they won't pick up anyhow. You can email the address provided, but that won't matter either because they won't respond and last but not least you guessed it the item you ordered you won't get. This company is a scam buyers be ware.
