GBI purchased an SKG Smartwatch I purchased an SKG Smartwatch, the advertisement made it look easy to operate and it was. I had a few questions about some of the functions, but was hesitant to send in inquires. I have bought many things on line and most with little after sales support. I sent in an inquiry and with in 2 days, I got a response. It was concise and easy to understand. I am very happy with this purchase and strongly recommend SKG to others.

GBskg Smart Watch I got this watch for myself and I liked it so much that I bought one for my boyfriend's birthday. It is not a smart watch in the sense that you can answer phone calls on it but it does tell you who's calling so that you know if you want to pull out your phone and answer the call. It is fairly easy to download and understand the app so even seniors can use it easily. The only thing that is problematic is you constantly have to reconnect it to the app on the phone to get accurate phone readings on steps etc.

GBSKG allowed me to return the item; however, I had to pay for the postage. SKG made it easy for me to return the item. The website stated "We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location."; however, when I asked for a return label, I was told that there's no return label. I had to pay for the postage fee to return the item.

GBReturn was very difficult Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.

GBGreat products and customer service!!! Awesome devices and fantastic customer service!!! I needed some assistance from customer service and they were wonderful. They got back to me right away several times and even sent me a video about my back massager. I have 2 items and they are just great.
