SKG allowed me to return the item; however, I had to pay for the postage. SKG made it easy for me to return the item. The website stated "We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location."; however, when I asked for a return label, I was told that there's no return label. I had to pay for the postage fee to return the item.

Neck/shoulder massager I received my product in a timely manner, the device itself is pretty quality, but I was a little disappointed with the packaging method. Luckily the company is excellent in customer service and helped to resolve all my issues!

Great products and customer service!!! Awesome devices and fantastic customer service!!! I needed some assistance from customer service and they were wonderful. They got back to me right away several times and even sent me a video about my back massager. I have 2 items and they are just great.

Relaxing The product works well. It definitely relaxes my neck muscles and helps my sinuses to actually drain that can cause me to have a headache. It has several levels and functions which I’ve had to figure out. It would be a better experience if there were actual real directions to follow. The little pamphlet is hard to read as the font is minuscule and the directions are vague. Other than that negative I’m enjoying the neck massager.
