I have been using it for 2 weeks, since the first time I have felt a great improvement in the pain that I have constantly in my neck, I like that it´s a gradual massage and that it is not strong for me, I use it 2 or 3 times in the day and I feel great relief and relaxation, at night I use it before bed and it helps me fall asleep quickly. SKG allowed me to return the item; however, I had to pay for the postage. SKG made it easy for me to return the item. The website stated "We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location."; however, when I asked for a return label, I was told that there's no return label. I had to pay for the postage fee to return the item.

This watch stopped working the day… This watch stopped working the day after my return limit. Selling faulty products. No exchange. I will never buy from this company again. Had this watch two months total. Typical company Grift.
