I have a defective smart watch I have a defective smart watch, I emailed SKG and gave them the video and paperwork they requested and have heard nothing for 2 months. I got the watch in May via Amazon. It would not recharge after 2 months. Good luck to anyone who is trying to get a resolution to a product issue,

Good economical wrist health monitor Received the fitness tracking watch very quickly. The watch is working as it it should. I purchased it basically, for swimming but do wear it regularly to monitor other functions, including sleep and other exercise activities.

skg Smart Watch I got this watch for myself and I liked it so much that I bought one for my boyfriend's birthday. It is not a smart watch in the sense that you can answer phone calls on it but it does tell you who's calling so that you know if you want to pull out your phone and answer the call. It is fairly easy to download and understand the app so even seniors can use it easily. The only thing that is problematic is you constantly have to reconnect it to the app on the phone to get accurate phone readings on steps etc.

Return was very difficult Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.

The Customer Service was friendly and… The Customer Service was friendly and knowledgeable. My issue was resolved in five minutes. The corrective action was above and beyond. I love this company and their customer service. A+
