Thanks Wang Yibo Ambassador Hi, I want to share my experience with the customiced green K5-PRO neck massager by Wang Yibo. I have been using it for 2 weeks, since the first time I have felt a great improvement in the pain that I have constantly in my neck, I like that it´s a gradual massage and that it is not strong for me, I use it 2 or 3 times in the day and I feel great relief and relaxation, at night I use it before bed and it helps me fall asleep quickly. I thank the global brand ambassador Wang Yibo, for customizing this model using his characteristic green color, being the voice and for recommending excellent brands to all his fans around the world ♥.

Relaxing The product works well. It definitely relaxes my neck muscles and helps my sinuses to actually drain that can cause me to have a headache. It has several levels and functions which I’ve had to figure out. It would be a better experience if there were actual real directions to follow. The little pamphlet is hard to read as the font is minuscule and the directions are vague. Other than that negative I’m enjoying the neck massager.

SKG allowed me to return the item; however, I had to pay for the postage. SKG made it easy for me to return the item. The website stated "We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location."; however, when I asked for a return label, I was told that there's no return label. I had to pay for the postage fee to return the item.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. Never reply to your complaint. There’s only one staff named Tony who based in China. Sent several message just got only one reply and never received second. Really awful

Eyes feel relax & comfortable after… Eyes feel relax & comfortable after used eyes massage but bird singing & animals sound quite noisy. Also, massager moving sound like someone snooze sound quite disturb sleeping.
