Good economical wrist health monitor Received the fitness tracking watch very quickly. The watch is working as it it should. I purchased it basically, for swimming but do wear it regularly to monitor other functions, including sleep and other exercise activities.

Neck/shoulder massager I received my product in a timely manner, the device itself is pretty quality, but I was a little disappointed with the packaging method. Luckily the company is excellent in customer service and helped to resolve all my issues!

Also, SKG’s customer service is so good, i wasn’t able to find the same green k5 pro so i messaged SKG and they helped me to to get the same green k5. thank you SKG. Relaxing The product works well. It definitely relaxes my neck muscles and helps my sinuses to actually drain that can cause me to have a headache. It has several levels and functions which I’ve had to figure out. It would be a better experience if there were actual real directions to follow. The little pamphlet is hard to read as the font is minuscule and the directions are vague. Other than that negative I’m enjoying the neck massager.

This watch stopped working the day… This watch stopped working the day after my return limit. Selling faulty products. No exchange. I will never buy from this company again. Had this watch two months total. Typical company Grift.
