Plus point it has Wang Yibo’s voice and a post card🤭 . Also, SKG’s customer service is so good, i wasn’t able to find the same green k5 pro so i messaged SKG and they helped me to to get the same green k5. thank you SKG. GBRelaxing The product works well. It definitely relaxes my neck muscles and helps my sinuses to actually drain that can cause me to have a headache. It has several levels and functions which I’ve had to figure out. It would be a better experience if there were actual real directions to follow. The little pamphlet is hard to read as the font is minuscule and the directions are vague. Other than that negative I’m enjoying the neck massager.

GBNeck/shoulder massager I received my product in a timely manner, the device itself is pretty quality, but I was a little disappointed with the packaging method. Luckily the company is excellent in customer service and helped to resolve all my issues!

GBTerrible I placed an order on the website; However, on the very next day, the product is no longer needed, and I attempted to cancel my order before they dispatch it as I am not currently in the US, the return process is quite challenging for me. To my dismay, I discovered that the website lacked any option to cancel an order. I sent a message requesting cancellation through the website's contact-us page, at that point, the order had not been shipped, but I received no response. Two days later, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. Simultaneously, I finally received a reply from the customer service team, stating that the order could not be canceled because it was already in transit. This response baffled me since I had clearly communicated my desire to cancel before the shipment. I have ample reason to believe that the deliberate lack of response prior to shipping was an intentional ploy to reject my cancellation request. What a disgusting company.
