GBI have a defective smart watch I have a defective smart watch, I emailed SKG and gave them the video and paperwork they requested and have heard nothing for 2 months. I got the watch in May via Amazon. It would not recharge after 2 months. Good luck to anyone who is trying to get a resolution to a product issue,

GBSKG allowed me to return the item; however, I had to pay for the postage. SKG made it easy for me to return the item. The website stated "We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location."; however, when I asked for a return label, I was told that there's no return label. I had to pay for the postage fee to return the item.

GBThe Customer Service was friendly and… The Customer Service was friendly and knowledgeable. My issue was resolved in five minutes. The corrective action was above and beyond. I love this company and their customer service. A+

GBGood economical wrist health monitor Received the fitness tracking watch very quickly. The watch is working as it it should. I purchased it basically, for swimming but do wear it regularly to monitor other functions, including sleep and other exercise activities.
