Neck/shoulder massager I received my product in a timely manner, the device itself is pretty quality, but I was a little disappointed with the packaging method. Luckily the company is excellent in customer service and helped to resolve all my issues!

Return was very difficult Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.

Eyes feel relax & comfortable after… Eyes feel relax & comfortable after used eyes massage but bird singing & animals sound quite noisy. Also, massager moving sound like someone snooze sound quite disturb sleeping.

Terrible I placed an order on the website; However, on the very next day, the product is no longer needed, and I attempted to cancel my order before they dispatch it as I am not currently in the US, the return process is quite challenging for me. To my dismay, I discovered that the website lacked any option to cancel an order. I sent a message requesting cancellation through the website's contact-us page, at that point, the order had not been shipped, but I received no response. Two days later, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. Simultaneously, I finally received a reply from the customer service team, stating that the order could not be canceled because it was already in transit. This response baffled me since I had clearly communicated my desire to cancel before the shipment. I have ample reason to believe that the deliberate lack of response prior to shipping was an intentional ploy to reject my cancellation request. What a disgusting company.
