amazing 🤩 Omg! Omg! I am so happy to buy it!! of course i bought it coz of Wang Yibo hhh. Tbh, i was experiencing neck pain but after using SKG K5 pro massager i felt so relaxing! Worth to buy! Plus point it has Wang Yibo’s voice and a post card🤭 . Also, SKG’s customer service is so good, i wasn’t able to find the same green k5 pro so i messaged SKG and they helped me to to get the same green k5. thank you SKG. Eyes feel relax & comfortable after… Eyes feel relax & comfortable after used eyes massage but bird singing & animals sound quite noisy. Also, massager moving sound like someone snooze sound quite disturb sleeping.

This watch stopped working the day… This watch stopped working the day after my return limit. Selling faulty products. No exchange. I will never buy from this company again. Had this watch two months total. Typical company Grift.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. Never reply to your complaint. There’s only one staff named Tony who based in China. Sent several message just got only one reply and never received second. Really awful

Return was very difficult Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.
