SKG allowed me to return the item; however, I had to pay for the postage. SKG made it easy for me to return the item. The website stated "We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location."; however, when I asked for a return label, I was told that there's no return label. I had to pay for the postage fee to return the item.

Terrible I placed an order on the website; However, on the very next day, the product is no longer needed, and I attempted to cancel my order before they dispatch it as I am not currently in the US, the return process is quite challenging for me. To my dismay, I discovered that the website lacked any option to cancel an order. I sent a message requesting cancellation through the website's contact-us page, at that point, the order had not been shipped, but I received no response. Two days later, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. Simultaneously, I finally received a reply from the customer service team, stating that the order could not be canceled because it was already in transit. This response baffled me since I had clearly communicated my desire to cancel before the shipment. I have ample reason to believe that the deliberate lack of response prior to shipping was an intentional ploy to reject my cancellation request. What a disgusting company.

The company guarantee was not honored After 6 months the charger cord for my watch no longer works. The watch has a 1 year guarantee. Since the watch cannot work without the cord, I had expected it to be replaced. Instead the manufacturer sent me information on where to buy a replacement cord. I don’t believe the guarantee is being honored

Thanks Wang Yibo Ambassador Hi, I want to share my experience with the customiced green K5-PRO neck massager by Wang Yibo. Return was very difficult Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.
