I have been using it for 2 weeks, since the first time I have felt a great improvement in the pain that I have constantly in my neck, I like that it´s a gradual massage and that it is not strong for me, I use it 2 or 3 times in the day and I feel great relief and relaxation, at night I use it before bed and it helps me fall asleep quickly. I thank the global brand ambassador Wang Yibo, for customizing this model using his characteristic green color, being the voice and for recommending excellent brands to all his fans around the world ♥.

Neck/shoulder massager I received my product in a timely manner, the device itself is pretty quality, but I was a little disappointed with the packaging method. Luckily the company is excellent in customer service and helped to resolve all my issues!

Terrible I placed an order on the website; However, on the very next day, the product is no longer needed, and I attempted to cancel my order before they dispatch it as I am not currently in the US, the return process is quite challenging for me. To my dismay, I discovered that the website lacked any option to cancel an order. I sent a message requesting cancellation through the website's contact-us page, at that point, the order had not been shipped, but I received no response. Two days later, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. Simultaneously, I finally received a reply from the customer service team, stating that the order could not be canceled because it was already in transit. This response baffled me since I had clearly communicated my desire to cancel before the shipment. I have ample reason to believe that the deliberate lack of response prior to shipping was an intentional ploy to reject my cancellation request. What a disgusting company.

This watch stopped working the day… This watch stopped working the day after my return limit. Selling faulty products. No exchange. I will never buy from this company again. Had this watch two months total. Typical company Grift.

skg Smart Watch I got this watch for myself and I liked it so much that I bought one for my boyfriend's birthday. It is not a smart watch in the sense that you can answer phone calls on it but it does tell you who's calling so that you know if you want to pull out your phone and answer the call. It is fairly easy to download and understand the app so even seniors can use it easily. The only thing that is problematic is you constantly have to reconnect it to the app on the phone to get accurate phone readings on steps etc.
