GBNot for a beginner I saw Jumpspeak advertised on Instagram and purchased it along with two other Spanish programs. Jumpspeak is by far the most difficult to use. I'm just starting and the example conversations speak so quickly that not only can't I follow along, I also understand nothing. So while I can't speak back, my comprehension is pretty much zero. My learning is also close to zero. This might be good for someone who has the basics down but I wouldn't recommend it for beginners like me.

GBJumpspeak’s AI is fantastic! Jumpspeak is fantastic because I can practice my pronunciation without another person involved. It’s much easier on your ego to have AI correct you. If you want a change from the preprogrammed conversations, you can create your own about a topic you choose. You’re also able to select the country and gender of your conversation partner. I highly recommend it.

GBGreat application that keeps getting better! If you want to become comfortable having a conversation in a second language, you really should try Jumpspeak. It is a wonderful way to grow your skills in a fun way. This application's use of AI is amazing! It really feels like you are having a conversation, without any of the stress! The developers keep adding features that make a great app even better!

ROBuggy application, no Customer Care The application is interesting but with a lot of bugs and Customer Care people never reply. I sent an email on 20 February. Moreover, I left several comments on Facebook (which were deleted) and I contacted them via Messenger. No reply, just an automatic email saying they will treat my request, while on Messenger I was informed that they had answered my request via email (not true, except for the automatic email). Total lack of respect for the client, alongside plenty of bugs and grammatical errors in the Italian and Spanish courses. I think that the idea of using AI is positive, although texts of courses include grammar errors (such as masculine adjectives for feminine nouns) and texts are almost identical for different languages (Italian and Spanish), which makes the application boring when someone learns two languages. I give two stars for the idea of using AI and for the diversity of texts and dialogues. For Customer Care, I would give 0.
