GBProduct needs to be more flexible. This is an interesting product. I like the written interaction but, although my responses are correct they are marked as wrong because I don't input the accents. But they are not on my keyboard, so, I can't use this option that I like.

GBThere is an issue with some of the answers There is an issue with some of the answers and I can't find a way to report the problem on the app. A few times the prompts to questions are incorrect. I'm studying French and I'm in the "Confident" section. The lesson in question deals with actors and Hollywood. The correct response should have been "j'ai déjà vu le film" but the answer given was "les cheveux blonds courts", which was the answer to the prior question. I've noticed this occurring a few other times. It would be great if there was a way to report problems. Thank you!

GBFast and Flexible This is awesome. The tutor met me where I am and we've collaborated to create a program that focuses on my goals and is sufficiently flexible to accommodate my strengths and shortcomings. Really, really effective and it's been one lesson. My Brazilian wife says my Portuguese is suddenly better and that's, like, the point of this exercise for me. How do you like me now, Brazil?!? :-D

CATerrible service and customer care I subscribed for the $79 one year with the 100 day cancellation guarantee. The app never really worked well. Ten days after my card was charged by another $395. I wrote emails to cancel, but no response from the company. Wondering if it was all a scam. I will be disputing with my credit card company.
