Great application that keeps getting better! If you want to become comfortable having a conversation in a second language, you really should try Jumpspeak. It is a wonderful way to grow your skills in a fun way. This application's use of AI is amazing! It really feels like you are having a conversation, without any of the stress! The developers keep adding features that make a great app even better!

Product needs to be more flexible. This is an interesting product. I like the written interaction but, although my responses are correct they are marked as wrong because I don't input the accents. But they are not on my keyboard, so, I can't use this option that I like.

Buggy application, no Customer Care The application is interesting but with a lot of bugs and Customer Care people never reply. I sent an email on 20 February. Moreover, I left several comments on Facebook (which were deleted) and I contacted them via Messenger. No reply, just an automatic email saying they will treat my request, while on Messenger I was informed that they had answered my request via email (not true, except for the automatic email). Total lack of respect for the client, alongside plenty of bugs and grammatical errors in the Italian and Spanish courses. I think that the idea of using AI is positive, although texts of courses include grammar errors (such as masculine adjectives for feminine nouns) and texts are almost identical for different languages (Italian and Spanish), which makes the application boring when someone learns two languages. I give two stars for the idea of using AI and for the diversity of texts and dialogues. For Customer Care, I would give 0.

Fast and Flexible This is awesome. The tutor met me where I am and we've collaborated to create a program that focuses on my goals and is sufficiently flexible to accommodate my strengths and shortcomings. Really, really effective and it's been one lesson. My Brazilian wife says my Portuguese is suddenly better and that's, like, the point of this exercise for me. How do you like me now, Brazil?!? :-D

JumpSpeak has potential, but... JumpSpeak has the potential to be a powerful learning tool but it keeps stopping & won't restart immediately. The learning situations are realistic, good opportunities to listen & speak; although when speaking I often had to repeat. I liked the repetitive nature of the lessons, it helps to embed new words. But, the inconsistent app has put me off & I definitely won't renew my membership.
