Fraud stay away Buyer beware Rype is a total scam I canceled within the trial period and they refused to refund the amount of over $569.00. Don’t waste your time it’s not worth it you are not getting what you pay for with Rype. I used the service during the trail Rype still charged my credit card after I tried to cancel. They make it very difficult to cancel. Updated: I got a refund from my bank after I filed a dispute but not from Rype which has a ZERO refund policy. I tried the service and canceled I requested a refund from the company and Cynthia emailed me several times stating they couldn’t refund over $500. The instructions had very poor English skills and were very fluent in English therefore it was difficult to learn a new language. Rype isn’t a good company in my opinion. I tried to work with the company and they refused. They only offered a refund AFTER I posted a negative review.

I have been a Chinese teacher with them… I have been a Chinese teacher with them for more than one year. I don’t get lots of students, and so far, they have not paid me nothing. They used a booking system before the new one, but the classes I taught with the old system is not counted. I am so disappointed with their service. They try to get more students, but at the same time, they treat the Teachers like trash! Rype commented that they have contacted me privately, but I haven’t received any email or whatever from them except 70 dollar promotion Ad. I have submitted emails to Trustpilot, and they approved my review to show to people. Rype claimed that I am using fake alias, no, I am not fake. I taught many students from South America, USA, Mongolia etc on Rype. They keep lying. Now they even call me fake. Lol.

Great tool to learn a language with a real instructor! I love the site, it’s been invaluable in my language learning process, I find it to be really worth it personally. However, it could use some improvements with the functionality of the actual scheduling site. It’s a source of frustration for me.

I was charged 115 dollars then a few… I was charged 115 dollars then a few days later was charged 295. I signed up to get one month free through jumpspeak and was charged the full price anyway. (295)I don't know what the 115 was for.I attempted to contact them twice through support email and have not received a response. They do not have a support phone number.

2 day no refund policy with no exceptions I tried it for a month and it wasn't for me. However, it is set to auto-renew by default and so it billed me for the next month (179.99). It hit my bank two days later and I contacted support and asked to get it canceled and refunded however they literally have a 2 day no refund policy with no exceptions. Very shady!!!
