GBFraud stay away Buyer beware Rype is a total scam I canceled within the trial period and they refused to refund the amount of over $569.00. Don’t waste your time it’s not worth it you are not getting what you pay for with Rype. I used the service during the trail Rype still charged my credit card after I tried to cancel. They make it very difficult to cancel. Updated: I got a refund from my bank after I filed a dispute but not from Rype which has a ZERO refund policy. I tried the service and canceled I requested a refund from the company and Cynthia emailed me several times stating they couldn’t refund over $500. The instructions had very poor English skills and were very fluent in English therefore it was difficult to learn a new language. Rype isn’t a good company in my opinion. I tried to work with the company and they refused. They only offered a refund AFTER I posted a negative review.

GBDecent prices. Nothing else. Decent prices. General quality of teachers and quality of interface of website not great. Administratively a mess. Will continue to use service as long as prices remain affordable. If not there is no other reason to use this service.

JPSubscription to fluency I have been able to greatly improve my Chinese speaking with competent teachers thanks to the Rype platform. Their subscription-based system permits you to take classes multiple times per week and helps you to create healthy learning habits. Definitely worth the money if you are comited to improve your speaking skills in any language!

GBMy recent experience with Rype was very good My recent experience with Rype was very good. I complained about an autopay and they agreed to refund what I no longer wanted to use. However I think the service needs to make it easier to modify/cancel its services and should send reminders about large upcoming payments. i.e. when a customer is signed up for large prepayments. Overall I have loved my teachers on Rype and strongly suggest you try as many as you like (respectfully) until you find the right fit for your personality and needs.
