GBI had an ordinar yexperience wih… I had an ordinar yexperience wih Primeval Labs. Nothign speacial - the produts wewre almost good, the delivery was ok and the contat with the compnay was nothing speacial. I cant realy recommend this company to anyone. To be honeest, therwe is nothing that woudl realy make me come back and shop with them agian. I am not too happy with the experience I had, but at least it was ok. Overall, I think it was just an ordinaty experience.

CAMy oridnary experience with… My oridnary experience with primevallabs.com was almost good. I had expected better servicse from a big website like this, but I guess they had to compromize on quality due to their huge volumne of orders. They sended me emaii updates of my order even though their website was not esily navigable which was inconvenient. Customer support was okey with somewhat slow response time. Product received matches the description but I wish I could have gotten it cheaper. Over all, it was a mediokre expericence and would not recommend to my friends.

GBStill waiting on my order Still waiting on my order almost 2 months now. What's going on with my order? This is ridiculous I've never had this issue before with any other products from other companies. Something needs to happen as your company was quick to withdraw the payment but no product was delivered to me.

GBMy girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day… My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day weekend. A few weeks went by without receiving any tracking information or updates about the order. I asked my girlfriend to send them an email asking about the order, she was told they were out of stock on the items she ordered. No one cares to contact her or tell her they were out of stock or ask her if she wants to substitute the product with something else. They told her she could get a different flavor but didn’t ask her which one she wanted they just told her they will send the order soon. A few weeks later she has finally recieved tracking information after a month and a half of almost no communication from the Primeval Labs team. Won’t be ordering from them again.

GBWrong product shipped I was sent the wrong product and I was emailed a shipping label and due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I do not have access to a printer as i do not have one at home and I am not able to access my works printer. Never got an email back after my last email in regards to this issue.
