Customer support is only available via chat on the website or email, but response times and willingness to help have always been top notch. They also provide excellent resources and fitness tips for beginners to seasoned competitors. I will, and have, recommended the company to anyone looking to supplement to help reach their fitness goals.

amazing product. Could use more details on how to claim gifts As a primeval labs alliance member. When placing my first order I was supposed to get a second2none shirt included. But the instructions didn’t mention that I was supposed to add the shirt to my cart in order to receive. It only stated to follow the link. I replied to customer service email and that’s when I was told that I had to add shirt to cart. I asked if anything could be done after the fact and am waiting to hear a response. Products are AMAZING. just a bit unfortunate I missed out on this tshirt opportunity.

Wrong product shipped I was sent the wrong product and I was emailed a shipping label and due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I do not have access to a printer as i do not have one at home and I am not able to access my works printer. Never got an email back after my last email in regards to this issue.

Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service Having to wait 2 weeks to receive your supplements is beyond a joke they really find a different courier then Hermes and when you email them to ask them what is going on with your package they'll reply saying it's nothing to do with us we dispatched it quickly from our Warehouse it's the couriers fault.... are you serious🤯
