Customer support is only available via chat on the website or email, but response times and willingness to help have always been top notch. They also provide excellent resources and fitness tips for beginners to seasoned competitors. I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with Primeval Labs. Practicly all the things went well. Purchase and payment processes were smooth and aceptable. Products quality is alomst good, but due to some minor detalis I had to return two of them. Contacting customer service was a bit hard, because the support team took some time to process the request and answer the questions. Overall, I can say that the company almost keeps its promises.

Wrong product shipped I was sent the wrong product and I was emailed a shipping label and due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I do not have access to a printer as i do not have one at home and I am not able to access my works printer. Never got an email back after my last email in regards to this issue.

I recently made a purchase I recently made a purchase taking advantage of a really great deal that Primeval was offering but when my PayPal transaction went through I was charged the full amount instead of the discounted cost. I emailed the company and they refunded me the difference promptly. It would have been a five star rating if this issue hadn't have happened.
