GBI recently made a purchase I recently made a purchase taking advantage of a really great deal that Primeval was offering but when my PayPal transaction went through I was charged the full amount instead of the discounted cost. I emailed the company and they refunded me the difference promptly. It would have been a five star rating if this issue hadn't have happened.

CAMy oridnary experience with… My oridnary experience with primevallabs.com was almost good. I had expected better servicse from a big website like this, but I guess they had to compromize on quality due to their huge volumne of orders. They sended me emaii updates of my order even though their website was not esily navigable which was inconvenient. Customer support was okey with somewhat slow response time. Product received matches the description but I wish I could have gotten it cheaper. Over all, it was a mediokre expericence and would not recommend to my friends.

GBQuality through and through The products are fantastic (especially the EAA Max and EAA Sleep). Customer support is only available via chat on the website or email, but response times and willingness to help have always been top notch. They also provide excellent resources and fitness tips for beginners to seasoned competitors. I will, and have, recommended the company to anyone looking to supplement to help reach their fitness goals.

GBNew favorite products Mega Pre has become my new favorite preworkout after just a few scoops! It’s nonstim so I didn’t feel any crash comedown during the day after my early morning workout! Delivery of the package was on-time as always and the booty bands definitely left me sore :)

GBPoor Customer Service I ordered the BOGO 5lb tubs over a week ago. I am still yet to receive even a confirmation email nor a shipping email. Luckily i screenshot order and confirmation numbers. I have tried contacting the company via phone, text, email, and facebook...no one has responded. The money came out of my account instantly. I just want an update. They should hire a few more people to answer the phone. If you see this primeval labs, I'd just like a refund please.
