I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with Primeval Labs. Practicly all the things went well. Purchase and payment processes were smooth and aceptable. Products quality is alomst good, but due to some minor detalis I had to return two of them. Contacting customer service was a bit hard, because the support team took some time to process the request and answer the questions. Overall, I can say that the company almost keeps its promises.

Thanks to Regan Grimes... I had never tried any Primeval supps until I started watching Regan Grimes on YouTube and he gave a discount code. I have been pleasantly surprised with all the products I have tried and there seems to always be sales going on so the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

This is ridiculous I've never had this issue before with any other products from other companies. Something needs to happen as your company was quick to withdraw the payment but no product was delivered to me.

My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day… My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day weekend. A few weeks went by without receiving any tracking information or updates about the order. I asked my girlfriend to send them an email asking about the order, she was told they were out of stock on the items she ordered. No one cares to contact her or tell her they were out of stock or ask her if she wants to substitute the product with something else. They told her she could get a different flavor but didn’t ask her which one she wanted they just told her they will send the order soon. A few weeks later she has finally recieved tracking information after a month and a half of almost no communication from the Primeval Labs team. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I was looking for the EAA Max… I was looking for the EAA Max specifically based on a recommendation, found good options for flavors. ordering was easy and staff was very helpful and I got a quick response when I had a question. Products were sent right away and I’m very happy with the whole process. Will order again!
