Customer support is only available via chat on the website or email, but response times and willingness to help have always been top notch. They also provide excellent resources and fitness tips for beginners to seasoned competitors. GBPrimeval Labs has some of the best… Primeval Labs has some of the best products that I have ever had. The protein mixes well with anything wether your doing protein oatmeal or putting a scoop of it with ice cream. Same with the preworkout smashberry is legit and ape s**t give you that extra push. I would definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

GBAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service Having to wait 2 weeks to receive your supplements is beyond a joke they really find a different courier then Hermes and when you email them to ask them what is going on with your package they'll reply saying it's nothing to do with us we dispatched it quickly from our Warehouse it's the couriers fault.... are you serious🤯

GBI had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with Primeval Labs. Practicly all the things went well. Purchase and payment processes were smooth and aceptable. Products quality is alomst good, but due to some minor detalis I had to return two of them. Contacting customer service was a bit hard, because the support team took some time to process the request and answer the questions. Overall, I can say that the company almost keeps its promises.

GBMy girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day… My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day weekend. A few weeks went by without receiving any tracking information or updates about the order. I asked my girlfriend to send them an email asking about the order, she was told they were out of stock on the items she ordered. No one cares to contact her or tell her they were out of stock or ask her if she wants to substitute the product with something else. They told her she could get a different flavor but didn’t ask her which one she wanted they just told her they will send the order soon. A few weeks later she has finally recieved tracking information after a month and a half of almost no communication from the Primeval Labs team. Won’t be ordering from them again.
