But the instructions didn’t mention that I was supposed to add the shirt to my cart in order to receive. It only stated to follow the link. I replied to customer service email and that’s when I was told that I had to add shirt to cart. I asked if anything could be done after the fact and am waiting to hear a response. Products are AMAZING. just a bit unfortunate I missed out on this tshirt opportunity.

I recently made a purchase I recently made a purchase taking advantage of a really great deal that Primeval was offering but when my PayPal transaction went through I was charged the full amount instead of the discounted cost. I emailed the company and they refunded me the difference promptly. It would have been a five star rating if this issue hadn't have happened.

I have been pleasantly surprised with all the products I have tried and there seems to always be sales going on so the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
