GBPoor Customer Service I ordered the BOGO 5lb tubs over a week ago. I am still yet to receive even a confirmation email nor a shipping email. Luckily i screenshot order and confirmation numbers. I have tried contacting the company via phone, text, email, and facebook...no one has responded. The money came out of my account instantly. I just want an update. They should hire a few more people to answer the phone. If you see this primeval labs, I'd just like a refund please.

GBamazing product. Could use more details on how to claim gifts As a primeval labs alliance member. When placing my first order I was supposed to get a second2none shirt included. But the instructions didn’t mention that I was supposed to add the shirt to my cart in order to receive. It only stated to follow the link. I replied to customer service email and that’s when I was told that I had to add shirt to cart. I asked if anything could be done after the fact and am waiting to hear a response. Products are AMAZING. just a bit unfortunate I missed out on this tshirt opportunity.

GBAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service Having to wait 2 weeks to receive your supplements is beyond a joke they really find a different courier then Hermes and when you email them to ask them what is going on with your package they'll reply saying it's nothing to do with us we dispatched it quickly from our Warehouse it's the couriers fault.... are you serious🤯

GBMy girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day… My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day weekend. A few weeks went by without receiving any tracking information or updates about the order. I asked my girlfriend to send them an email asking about the order, she was told they were out of stock on the items she ordered. No one cares to contact her or tell her they were out of stock or ask her if she wants to substitute the product with something else. They told her she could get a different flavor but didn’t ask her which one she wanted they just told her they will send the order soon. A few weeks later she has finally recieved tracking information after a month and a half of almost no communication from the Primeval Labs team. Won’t be ordering from them again.
