CAMy oridnary experience with… My oridnary experience with primevallabs.com was almost good. I had expected better servicse from a big website like this, but I guess they had to compromize on quality due to their huge volumne of orders. They sended me emaii updates of my order even though their website was not esily navigable which was inconvenient. Customer support was okey with somewhat slow response time. Product received matches the description but I wish I could have gotten it cheaper. Over all, it was a mediokre expericence and would not recommend to my friends.

GBI had a fairly avergae experience with… I had a fairly avergae experience with Primeval Labs. I needed a few producte and their website was my first port of call. It was easy to navigate and the products were nicely laid out and had enough detail for me to make a decision quickly. The prices were almost good and there were no hidden charges so a bonus. Delivery was fairly prompt so it was a nice experince all round. Though I wouldn't say its absolutely the best but theres nothing horribly wrong with the store either.

GBI was looking for the EAA Max… I was looking for the EAA Max specifically based on a recommendation, found good options for flavors. ordering was easy and staff was very helpful and I got a quick response when I had a question. Products were sent right away and I’m very happy with the whole process. Will order again!

GBPoor Customer Service I ordered the BOGO 5lb tubs over a week ago. I am still yet to receive even a confirmation email nor a shipping email. Luckily i screenshot order and confirmation numbers. I have tried contacting the company via phone, text, email, and facebook...no one has responded. The money came out of my account instantly. I just want an update. They should hire a few more people to answer the phone. If you see this primeval labs, I'd just like a refund please.

GBMy girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day… My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day weekend. A few weeks went by without receiving any tracking information or updates about the order. I asked my girlfriend to send them an email asking about the order, she was told they were out of stock on the items she ordered. No one cares to contact her or tell her they were out of stock or ask her if she wants to substitute the product with something else. They told her she could get a different flavor but didn’t ask her which one she wanted they just told her they will send the order soon. A few weeks later she has finally recieved tracking information after a month and a half of almost no communication from the Primeval Labs team. Won’t be ordering from them again.
