My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day… My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day weekend. A few weeks went by without receiving any tracking information or updates about the order. I asked my girlfriend to send them an email asking about the order, she was told they were out of stock on the items she ordered. No one cares to contact her or tell her they were out of stock or ask her if she wants to substitute the product with something else. They told her she could get a different flavor but didn’t ask her which one she wanted they just told her they will send the order soon. A few weeks later she has finally recieved tracking information after a month and a half of almost no communication from the Primeval Labs team. Won’t be ordering from them again.

This is ridiculous I've never had this issue before with any other products from other companies. Something needs to happen as your company was quick to withdraw the payment but no product was delivered to me.

Wrong product shipped I was sent the wrong product and I was emailed a shipping label and due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I do not have access to a printer as i do not have one at home and I am not able to access my works printer. Never got an email back after my last email in regards to this issue.

I had an ordinar yexperience wih… I had an ordinar yexperience wih Primeval Labs. Nothign speacial - the produts wewre almost good, the delivery was ok and the contat with the compnay was nothing speacial. I cant realy recommend this company to anyone. To be honeest, therwe is nothing that woudl realy make me come back and shop with them agian. I am not too happy with the experience I had, but at least it was ok. Overall, I think it was just an ordinaty experience.

I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with Primeval Labs. Practicly all the things went well. Purchase and payment processes were smooth and aceptable. Products quality is alomst good, but due to some minor detalis I had to return two of them. Contacting customer service was a bit hard, because the support team took some time to process the request and answer the questions. Overall, I can say that the company almost keeps its promises.
