About Soundfly

When you hear the phrase “online course,” you’re probably imagining sitting back, passively watching videos or tutorials. Learning in this way is really common, but research shows it’s not actually a very good way to make progress or retain information. Instead, at Soundfly, we built our model on the concept of active learning — the idea that we learn best by doing. Our courses are designed to get you putting lessons into practice every week, with feedback, accountability, and help from a personal expert mentor along the way. Learn with Soundfly and find your sound today!

They genuinely care about music education I cannot say enough good things about Soundfly. The sales team isn't pushy and takes the time to understand your goals in order to assign you the mentor best tailored to your needs. My mentor wasn't just knowledgeable but also genuinely cared about teaching. Soundfly mentorship expedited my learning tenfold from YouTube videos, without the price tag of a formal learning institution.

Thank you Working with Soundfly has been such a gift in unleashing my musicality. I've upgraded my mixing and arrangement chops, more so than I ever could have imaged. I'm feeling inspired, with five solid compositions under my belt. I can't wait to share them with the world. Thank you Soundfly, and thank you Sam/Past Palms for your diligent support!

Joseph = king mentor The mentorship program was incredibly helpful. I sorely needed it. I've learned a lot of music production from youtube, but at a certain point I could feel myself hitting a plateau and I just really needed to talk through some concepts and bounce ideas with a professional 1-on-1. And personalized feedback on songs just feels amazing. (Joseph is awesome.)

The courses are excellent The courses are excellent, but I can't recommend enough the chance to work with an industry professional mentor on your chosen subject. It's light years beyond digging around on YouTube for free content that may or may not have been posted for views rather than actual usefulness. Very happy.

Private mentoring with Grammy producer I wanted to get some professional feedback on my productions from someone with way more experience than me. So I decided to work with Ian Prince, a Grammy winning producer. We had weekly calls and after 4 weeks he helped me tighten up my production and I learnt a bunch of techniques and approaches that I can use on all my productions moving forward. I will probably work with Ian again in the future. Highly recommended private mentoring if you're serious about making progress as an artist/producer.
