Guitar Instruction in bite-sized chunks This course is great! You can learn at your own pace, and the instructional videos are very helpful. These folks clearly know their stuff, and the bite-sized lessons are great for people like me with crazy schedules. I really like that with the revised curriculum each new technique is followed by a practical application in a song.

I was stuck at that plateau for over 5 years and almost quit playing. But join this program has revived my love for guitar playing and in helping piece together elements that I learned was missing. Great Way to LEARN Guitar! I joined Sonora through the "Prep" program a few months ago. I've been "playing" with my guitar for years, but just in the short time I've been with Sonora I can see much improvement! Sonora gives me focus for practicing and also fills in my knowledge gaps with a little music theory that helps it all fit together. I'm really glad I found Sonora and would highly recommend their programs. I've just joined the "Core" program and can't wait to get started!

Brilliant learning path: Still part of my daily schedule after three years. I started with Sonora back when it was GMI and i've never looked back. I was in a self-taught rut as a player and needed to go back to the beginning. With many years of playing experience i needed a course that understood a seasoned professional needing to unlock a new path without losing my musical voice. My mentor TJ was very insightful and really helped me develop a deeper understanding of my instrument and harmony. Playing should be fun and Sonora is a super enjoyable platform to learn with - I'm still using it daily!

The curriculum and instructors at Sonora Guitar Intensive The curriculum and instructors at Sonora are top notch. I have leveled up my guitar playing in ways I thought were completely out of reach. The more I progress through the curriculum and connect with the instructors the more I get back in playing ability. Highly recommend this way of learning to play the guitar and become more musical in general. What you learn here is transferrable. Something I'm excited about is that I can sing pitches accurately now and this has unlocked so much musically for me. Shout out to Trevor Giancola for honing in on this with me and helping me unlock that skill! I developed this while completing one on one instruction with him (mentorship program) over several months.
