I finished the 30-hour course on time I finished the 30-hour course on time. After completion, I was notified that the course was finished, but I didn't receive the certificate. When I contacted customer service, they were very rude and claimed I hadn't finished one of the modules. However, I believe this isn't accurate because the system doesn't allow progressing to the next module until the previous one is completed. I asked for a refund or the chance to retake the exam/course for free, but both requests were denied. They didn't investigate further or escalate my concern.

Very user friendly Very user friendly. I was a little irritated that my time would be docked whenever the system would crash because it's already a dreadful 30 hours to get through but other than that it's a decent way to earn your OSHA 30!

The Do's & Don't of Jobsite Safety The course was simple and easy to understand without putting you to sleep. It hit all the highs and lows of job site safety per the OSHA Guides and what we can expect should an inspector show up for a visit. My course was an OSHA-10 and was a good refresher course for the OSHA-30, which I had taken 4 years earlier. OSHA has improved on many of the segments such as job site injuries and what to do in case of an injury. Overall its a good course and well worth the time and money.

A quick suggestion. The company specifies on the requirements and laws that need to be followed in order to have an organized and safe working environment. The only thing that I might think for improvement. Which may sound like a headache. But making the OSHA training belonging to just the work that is trained for.

safety is important in all you do. Very informative in the industry I am currently in. Safety for myself and my co workers is important and can be shared and passed on to others.
