Course completed I finished the course in October or 2023. The course was fine, but I’m still waiting on the hard copy certificate. Please send Your reply did not address the issue of not receiving the certificate, as promised. BOT responses are worthless! Send the certificate!

Easy to understand the base concepts… Easy to understand the base concepts and self explanatory, the test was good to continue. It is good included real time issues happened and what caused the issues, how much it costs for each reported injury or death.
