Very convenient and knowledgeable instructors I recently took an online class and it was very convenient and lfull of updated information. Instructors were very knowledgeable and made themselves available for any questions or concerns. They made sure all information was understood before moving forward. It was a wonderful and very enjoyable experience. I love the convenience and ease of logging in to the class. I recommend to anyone who may need the online format.

Format appreciated I like the format of being able to have the material read to me, or read it myself, or both. This set up forces you to pay attention. The material was pertinent and well delivered. The time provided/required to complete the course is appropriate as well. Being able to use the months allowed to complete the material was required with my schedule.

I was gave an extension I was gave an extension, and the site still shoes the original date I was supposed to be done. Called the company they said the website was malfunctioning but was fixed .got on there again and it still says the same thing. I'm unable to finish my stuff. You pay good money for this , and can't even get it done because the website isn't doing what it's supposed to

I finished the 30-hour course on time I finished the 30-hour course on time. After completion, I was notified that the course was finished, but I didn't receive the certificate. When I contacted customer service, they were very rude and claimed I hadn't finished one of the modules. However, I believe this isn't accurate because the system doesn't allow progressing to the next module until the previous one is completed. I asked for a refund or the chance to retake the exam/course for free, but both requests were denied. They didn't investigate further or escalate my concern.
