The 10-week digitial marketing certificate course was fantastic as well. It's not your typical Zoom where you are multi-tasking. It doesn't seem like an hour and is totally worth the time and jam-packed with useful tips and tools to use in my every day work. Thanks for another great experience! Very engaging class Very engaging class, Chris is a great presenter! You will learn a lot about member types, member benefits, dues, invoicing, campaigns and so on. You will also earn CAE credits with this course! Highly recommended.

Great Introduction or Reminder This course, just one hour for 10 consecutive weeks, was a great introduction to Association Member Management and Growth. I was reminded of things I knew but didn't have "top of mind" any more, and I learned new things about areas I haven't fully explored yet. The content helped me to get a "big picture" of my goals for membership work and also provided ideas for "quick wins" that I can tackle right away.

This class was excellent This class was excellent. I am new in my roll with non-profit organization. This gave me a better understanding on my roll at work and some of the changes I can apply to keep our members coming back and continue support. The instructor always up beat which is helpful since the class is after lunch. The quiz in the middle of the lecture were great and they gave me a better understanding on what I was learning.
