Terrific basics of membership marketing! Extremely helpful course for those in association work who do not necessarily have a background in marketing. I looked forward to the class each week and now have many takeaways that I look forward to implementing with our next membership cycle. In each class, I learned at least one new thing (oftentimes more!) and my team walked away with some actionable changes for our own marketing strategy. I enjoyed the guest speakers and the suggested reading material provided as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to learn the basics, the latest techy tools, or network with others in our profession!
