This class was excellent This class was excellent. I am new in my roll with non-profit organization. This gave me a better understanding on my roll at work and some of the changes I can apply to keep our members coming back and continue support. The instructor always up beat which is helpful since the class is after lunch. The quiz in the middle of the lecture were great and they gave me a better understanding on what I was learning.

Great Introduction or Reminder This course, just one hour for 10 consecutive weeks, was a great introduction to Association Member Management and Growth. I was reminded of things I knew but didn't have "top of mind" any more, and I learned new things about areas I haven't fully explored yet. The content helped me to get a "big picture" of my goals for membership work and also provided ideas for "quick wins" that I can tackle right away.

Nice work! I really appreciated the reviews of creative during our sessions. I think it would be helpful to have a guideline/overview of what you're looking for (a series of check boxes so to speak). I couldn't join the last session (Zoom link wasn't working?). I felt that there was opportunity for each quarter of the session to target different skill levels. Some of the material felt very introductory and some felt a little more advanced, but it primarily stuck to the basics.

The sessions were filled with a wealth… The sessions were filled with a wealth of knowledge. 1 hour of information felt like 3 month worth of data. Loved it!
