Disappointed. So disappointed.There is flavor but the cookie even after microwaving was crumbly and dry. Flavored cardboard. Seriously, I couldn't swallow them and I wanted to so much. Also I ordered a different flavor than was sent to me. I called customer service within the 3 day time limit to return my 3 week order ($129.00) and was told it would be $75 restocking fee plus shipping (heavy box) to return because of the expiration date. It took a week and a half to receive the cookies and I could not find an expiration date on the cookies. Bottom line is that that I question the positive reviews I relied on about these cookies. Buyer beware. I will not be returning the cookies as there will not be enough money saved to bother. I really wanted this to work but have lost $129.00 in the process.

I never believed in easy fast ways to… I never believed in easy fast ways to lose weight After trying the chocolate coconut Protein Bar I can only say its changed my bad eating habits One bar is more than enough with a cup of coffee I dont look for sweets i am not starving for my next meal I am more relaxed and lost weight that i don t think ill ever gain back ! Its the healthiest way and most fun way to watch your body get to be what you dream for .I eat two a day and also sleep much better never feel bloated If you are not sure about this just try it for one month and you will never stop It s healthy as well! !!!

Unhappy with purchase! Poor customer service! I purchased a 5 week supply of these cookies and was not impressed with the texture they aldo tasted very odd and leave a slightly oily aftertaste in your mouth. I immediately Called up customer service and requested a refund they said they can’t take them back. I do not recall seeing this policy on the website. I would have ordered online thru Costco if that was the case/. I tried calling back smart for life customer service on multiple ocassions hoping to speak to someone else and sent several emails but was completely ignored. I am only Leaving this review as this company has emailed me several times for a review of my purchase this way others can hear about my experience and reconsider when purchasing this product online. I do feel that 178.00 was a large amount to spend on these cookies:-(

Received my first shipment and not happy at all… Received my first shipment and it was melted and mushy. I opened up the peanut butter bar and it fell 100% apart. When contacting their customer service they recommend not opening until room temperature, or to possibly put in the fridge. There is nothing on, or included in the box given ANY instructions. Hard to believe they’re blaming me about their obvious failure to deliver to summer weather locations. Lost a customer. Built bars arrived perfectly fine!

Your customer service sucks!!!!!! I ordere on the 22nd of March, I called today on the 26th of March and the order had not been sent. Apparently one of the items ordered was out of stock so they didn't send the entire order. I was not made aware of this. I was hung ho to star the diet but apparently it takes 8 to 10 days to get your order. This is the age of amazon, I can get things the same day or next day, but not with our company. I asked today for expedited shipping which they agreed to so now my order will be arriving 8 days after I ordered. This is totally unacceptable. I am done with smart for life before I ever begin. Your company is the worst at customer relations.
