After years of purchasing this product… After years of purchasing this product and having it delivered to my home address, the company recently mailed a purchase to an old address at which I have not lived for 8 years. So I had to pay for the same products a second time, to receive the product at the correct address.

I first went on this program back in… I first went on this program back in 2008, lost a lot of weight then. Maintained ok through the years, but during this pandemic I got out of control. Now I’m back on and although the weight isn’t coming off as fast as it did last time, I am heading in the right direction. Customer service is great too, place your order and it’s here the next day! Great new variety of cookies now too!!

The SFL product is awesome. The SFL product is awesome. My favorite is the Irresistible Chocolate Chip cookies that are individually wrapped. They are delicious and healthy. I keep mine in the fridge. You gotta try this cookie even if you’re not losing weight! You will not regret trying. I recommend highly!!

Received my first shipment and not happy at all… Received my first shipment and it was melted and mushy. I opened up the peanut butter bar and it fell 100% apart. When contacting their customer service they recommend not opening until room temperature, or to possibly put in the fridge. There is nothing on, or included in the box given ANY instructions. Hard to believe they’re blaming me about their obvious failure to deliver to summer weather locations. Lost a customer. Built bars arrived perfectly fine!

The shipping speed is unacceptable The shipping speed is unacceptable. They only ship ground from Florida so if you are on the west coast it will take at least a week. I have been waiting 7 days for my order. Why don't you ship from your LA store for west coast orders. At least offer faster shipping instead of not giving your customers any choice.
