USDisappointed. So disappointed.There is flavor but the cookie even after microwaving was crumbly and dry. Flavored cardboard. Seriously, I couldn't swallow them and I wanted to so much. Also I ordered a different flavor than was sent to me. I called customer service within the 3 day time limit to return my 3 week order ($129.00) and was told it would be $75 restocking fee plus shipping (heavy box) to return because of the expiration date. It took a week and a half to receive the cookies and I could not find an expiration date on the cookies. Bottom line is that that I question the positive reviews I relied on about these cookies. Buyer beware. I will not be returning the cookies as there will not be enough money saved to bother. I really wanted this to work but have lost $129.00 in the process.

USI ordered the product on March 29th… I ordered the product on March 29th (Thursday) and did not receive it until Tues April 10th, well past the 7-10 day window even if you don't count weekends

USThe shipping speed is unacceptable The shipping speed is unacceptable. They only ship ground from Florida so if you are on the west coast it will take at least a week. I have been waiting 7 days for my order. Why don't you ship from your LA store for west coast orders. At least offer faster shipping instead of not giving your customers any choice.

USYour customer service sucks!!!!!! I ordere on the 22nd of March, I called today on the 26th of March and the order had not been sent. Apparently one of the items ordered was out of stock so they didn't send the entire order. I was not made aware of this. I was hung ho to star the diet but apparently it takes 8 to 10 days to get your order. This is the age of amazon, I can get things the same day or next day, but not with our company. I asked today for expedited shipping which they agreed to so now my order will be arriving 8 days after I ordered. This is totally unacceptable. I am done with smart for life before I ever begin. Your company is the worst at customer relations.
