As other have mentioned As other have mentioned, their customer service is atrocious. They sent me the wrong product valued at $15 less than my original order. Their customer service number is just a generic voicemail message. They have no chat function. They do not respond to emails. Essentially, there is no way to communicate with them if there is a problem with your order. Accordingly, you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company. It's best to stay away.

HORRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE customer service. I called them twice a week after placing order and getting NO confirmation/tracking...no communication at all, except for charging my credit card. After 2 weeks, disputed charges, CC refunded my money and is back-charging them. I HIGHLY suggest you shop elsewhere..."
