GBi ordered two bottles of a supplement filled with broken capsules i ordered two bottles of a supplement. in one bottle half the capsules were stuck together or broken. powder all over the interior. In the second bottle, all the capsules were stuck together. i finally reached customer service, and they were a zero. no refund ( i sent them the purchase receipt with the date), no replacement, no credit, no gift certificate, "we'll get back to you" and 6 mos later they have not. it is impossible to contact them. I agree they are a scam, and Amazon should not carry products from this company.

GBIn the future, I will be shopping elsewhere. I'm quite frustrated with my experience with shopbestnaturals. My order took almost two weeks to arrive. Once it did arrive I realized it was incomplete; I only received three of the four items I had purchased (and been charged for). I allowed for a few days to go by, assuming my last product would arrive separately. Nothing did. I called Customer Service and was greeted with very poor service; my call was obviously taken in a noisy office (the noise consisting of laughter and banter; it was quite obviously NOT other agents helping customers). After being disconnected once, I called back only to be placed on hold for over fifteen minutes (without exaggeration). She returned to tell me she had forgotten I was on the phone. Without the offer of any sort of apology for any of my inconveniences, she assured me "something" would be shipped to me "soon". We'll see. With plenty of options for purchasing such products, in the future I will be shopping elsewhere.
