GBA Scam After you place your order, you will never hear from them again or receive your order or be able to get a refund. They will be emailing you back before you place an order. After they charge you, you will not be able to reach them either by phone, email or chat. You will not be able to receive a refund for the order you never received. The only way to get your money back is to dispute through your credit card company

GBAs other have mentioned As other have mentioned, their customer service is atrocious. They sent me the wrong product valued at $15 less than my original order. Their customer service number is just a generic voicemail message. They have no chat function. They do not respond to emails. Essentially, there is no way to communicate with them if there is a problem with your order. Accordingly, you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company. It's best to stay away.

GBIn the future, I will be shopping elsewhere. I'm quite frustrated with my experience with shopbestnaturals. My order took almost two weeks to arrive. Once it did arrive I realized it was incomplete; I only received three of the four items I had purchased (and been charged for). I allowed for a few days to go by, assuming my last product would arrive separately. Nothing did. I called Customer Service and was greeted with very poor service; my call was obviously taken in a noisy office (the noise consisting of laughter and banter; it was quite obviously NOT other agents helping customers). After being disconnected once, I called back only to be placed on hold for over fifteen minutes (without exaggeration). She returned to tell me she had forgotten I was on the phone. Without the offer of any sort of apology for any of my inconveniences, she assured me "something" would be shipped to me "soon". We'll see. With plenty of options for purchasing such products, in the future I will be shopping elsewhere.
