Ms. Kim Johnson, my Instructor >Real Estate Broker Class, Nov-Dec 2021 Ms. Kim. Johnson was very knowledgeable on the subject of Real Estate from the beginning of class until the very end. I would offer present day situations involving a Realtor. She would search inwardly into her experience and share with her class, then supply me with what Real Estate Law Act states. I had a thirst for combining book knowledge to a real world situation. Also she shared about Networking, planning, patience, and listening to our client/or principal, such as explaining C,O,L,D,AC rules. That is all, Thank you

A Paradigm of a School and the Instructor !! In two words: " Sam Zakarian". I had many friends and co-workers who had taken this course at other locations throughout the City and they had taken the test and had failed. I kept asking why they wouldn't wanna retake the test. So, I believe, because of their bad past experience, I kept putting off this course. Just by sheer luck and the fact that I live only 1 1/2 miles away from this school, I chose this location. After taking the class only a few sessions, I realized what a boring subject this was and I realized that Sam was a very skillful instructor who made a very dry, yucky, boring subject palatable with his anecdotes, personal past experience and funny jokes, which to me, they made a world of a difference on a subject like this. We would not have survived the length of the course without him. Knowing that Sam was in charge of the school, I found the school, the staff very accomodating and so cordial. They would go out of their way to welcome you and get you what you need to pass the real estate exam. What is also so important is the website, the accompanying videos, quizzes, ... so much at your fingertip so they have a strong desire to make you a success at this school ! In other words, they are not there just to get your money !

I took Michael Greene's class which I… I took Michael Greene's class which I found helpful and well taught. The resources provided by the school, including quizzes, videos of each class for review, extra math problems, etc. were very helpful. I benefited from Sam Zakarian's videos which reinforced what I had learned in class and helped me as I studied. Small quibble, he was working from an older text which was sometimes slightly confusing though workable.

Derek McNeal is an excellent teacher Derek McNeal is an excellent teacher. The content didn't teach how to calculate the math questions. Site was noisy. Keeping material in sequence will help to retain information better, regarding quizzes. Thank you.

Sam is an incredible teacher Sam is an incredible teacher. I came to class ready to absorb all that he taught us. This material isn't always fun but Sam made it interesting with his backstories. Come prepared to listen, write and learn.
