GBDifference Maker Dave! Dave is easily one of the best teachers I have ever had. His passion comes through in each class. The amount of knowledge he possesses in the RE industry is amazing. Not only was he a phenomenal teacher, but he is such a great resource to have whether you are looking to become a broker, or taking the class to represent yourself for investment properties. I dont recommend going anywhere else except to Dave if you're serious about getting your broker's license. 15/10
