GBBroker Pre-License Course What a great class! It's all done by Zoom but Dave the instructor makes you feel like you're sitting in a classroom! Dave goes at a nice, easy pace and allows you to ask any question without making you feel bad for doing so. His teaching method leaves you confident that you know the material at the end of each session. I would highly recommend taking this class if you're considering a career in real estate.

GBMaking Career Path Plan B possible The at home study allowed me the opportunity to work at my own pace while managing a busy lifestyle. The quiz formats were great and gave me confidence while understanding what I got wrong. The book is very well written and has chapter quizzes that help emphasize important points. Being able to use the online website easily also helps for quick review. I learned a lot and would recommend!

GBDavid does a great job in engaging us David does a great job in engaging us, his students. He also uses many examples in real life situations to teach us different laws, contracts, etc. I'm extremely satisfied with my decision in having taken this class with Dave at Inland Real Estate School.
