GBBest choice! Dave kept the course in simple english, making it easier for me to understand and stay drawn in. Loved the ability to attend classes online since I struggled with babysitting options for my 10 year old. The practice tests were very helpful and tied in quite well. I would definitely recommend!

GBHonest review Although I did not pass the national test, Mr Dave McGowan is a teacher who with true life experiences explains many different scenarios that involve real estate. Those were the helpful examples. I needed more time, the accelerated class was going too quickly for me.
