The quiz formats were great and gave me confidence while understanding what I got wrong. The book is very well written and has chapter quizzes that help emphasize important points. Being able to use the online website easily also helps for quick review. I learned a lot and would recommend!

GBBroker Pre-License Course What a great class! It's all done by Zoom but Dave the instructor makes you feel like you're sitting in a classroom! Dave goes at a nice, easy pace and allows you to ask any question without making you feel bad for doing so. His teaching method leaves you confident that you know the material at the end of each session. I would highly recommend taking this class if you're considering a career in real estate.
