GBPassed state and national exam on the… Passed state and national exam on the first try, “piece of cake.” Dave does a great job of explaining the material. State and national exams are easier than the classroom final in my opinion. Which means that Dave does a great job of covering the material and preparing you for the state and national exams. Class is a little intense at times but definitely worth the money.

GBBroker Pre-License Course What a great class! It's all done by Zoom but Dave the instructor makes you feel like you're sitting in a classroom! Dave goes at a nice, easy pace and allows you to ask any question without making you feel bad for doing so. His teaching method leaves you confident that you know the material at the end of each session. I would highly recommend taking this class if you're considering a career in real estate.
