IEAbsolutely horrible Absolutely horrible, the diet plan given just gives meals that make absolutely no sense. For my dinners it gave me no meats and just told me to eat nuts, milk and a pepper. Absolute waste of money don’t get scammed like I did. Also, on the site they said they’d refund if you were not happy with the diet plan and I can confirm that that is a lie.

GBThis website is such a scam This website is such a scam. They recycle the same food items and do not provide any recipes. They don't help track calories. Their recommended foods do not make any sense, like who eats zucchini for breakfast? For $20 that is just not acceptable. DO NOT BUY!!!!

GBGot to be honest Got to be honest. I don’t really like it. One, their customer service sucks. So if you buy their plan and want a refund. Good luck! Two, it’s just a list of food. No recipes or anything, & then what’s worse is that they recycle the same food in two days! Not to mention that the pairing of foods don’t make sense. Like, if I had eggs for breakfast why am I having it for dinner as well? & with 13 oz. of COTTAGE CHEEZE?! WHO EATS THAT MUCH CHEESE! & that was for dinner! Don’t even get me started on their lunch plans. 8 oz. of pasta and 1.2 lbs of turkey breast. I’m tryna gain weight not rupture my stomach. Trust me, if you select “gain weight” as your goal. Be prepared to cook enough food to feed a village.
