This website is such a scam This website is such a scam. They recycle the same food items and do not provide any recipes. They don't help track calories. Their recommended foods do not make any sense, like who eats zucchini for breakfast? For $20 that is just not acceptable. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I lost 15kg I would personally gonna recommend this to my friends and to the people I met whom would ask me about my secret to losing weight. It's definitely a life saver and it changed me a lot. This really thought me about the discipline on diet and exercise and on how I can gain my confidence back from being too fat to being fit.

Refund request please I recently purchased a plan but it didn't suite my needs. I sent an email for a refund but waiting. However i do acknowledge its a good place to start if you're a beginner.

Not that great. The meals are simply ingredients. There isn't even a button to cancel your subscription. I've sent an email about getting my subscription cancelled but it's been days and I've had no response.
