Refund request please I recently purchased a plan but it didn't suite my needs. I sent an email for a refund but waiting. However i do acknowledge its a good place to start if you're a beginner.

Not recipes, just list of food. It has good ingredients and macros included, but they are just piled together stating that is what is required for the meal. They aren’t recipes.

This website is such a scam This website is such a scam. They recycle the same food items and do not provide any recipes. They don't help track calories. Their recommended foods do not make any sense, like who eats zucchini for breakfast? For $20 that is just not acceptable. DO NOT BUY!!!!
