I thought I was going to have trouble… I thought I was going to have trouble because it was not taking my answer for one of the 5 questions asked what my first job was? Kept saying incorrect & I couldn't move forward with the next module. I called Saturday & reset everything. So I'm very happy & satisfied about that glitch on my part of forgetting my answer.

Excellent assist in making experience easy. I called a few times for assistance.I got exemplary help each time. I apologize thar I remember her name but she was absolutely above and beyond what I expect of customer service. The course was great and easily navigatable. I would and already have recommended you, of all the (many) defensive driving schools listed. Thank You so much. You made it all very easy.

These modules were very easy to… These modules were very easy to complete and they explained everything that needed to be explained to pass the tests.. I feel like out of all the defensive driving classes that I have taken online this one would be the easiest and fastest..

Easy to Navigate The website was easy to navigate and allowed me to complete my course quickly. Learned a lot of valuable information in the course to use moving forward.

Some content confusing The school reps answered my queries immediately and were responsive, which was a help. However, I found some of the discussions overly complicated and some of the test questions confusing, particularly in early sections. I had to make the type larger and the lines of type were too long--it was not user friendly until adjusted. Finally, there were many typos and slightly incorrect words. On the plus side, the tests could be retaken and the course could be easily stopped and resumed as needed.
