GBNone of the videos worked None of the videos worked - they were all from a private channel. The pacing of the information was odd, with some pages containing just a couple sentences, and others containing paragraphs all to be read in the same amount of time. I found the identity verification questions after each and every section to be irritating - unsure if this is AZ law for these sorts of courses or not. Very wordy, not enough visuals. I appreciated that it wasn’t very difficult, so that’s a plus. But a little more effort could make this slightly less painful.

GBSome content confusing The school reps answered my queries immediately and were responsive, which was a help. However, I found some of the discussions overly complicated and some of the test questions confusing, particularly in early sections. I had to make the type larger and the lines of type were too long--it was not user friendly until adjusted. Finally, there were many typos and slightly incorrect words. On the plus side, the tests could be retaken and the course could be easily stopped and resumed as needed.

GBThe course as a whole was easy to… The course as a whole was easy to navigate and accomplish. Some of the question selections were quite funny. In general it was easy to understand, but a few sections were poorly written, and could be misleading. There were also a fair number of misspellings. I get it that DUI is a serious offense, but I felt the subject was somewhat beaten to death.

GBA supporting and helpful program! The course web was easy to navigate. No confusion as the support team responded quickly with answers to all of my questions. The team really made me feel supported in my ability to solve this stressful situation.

GBThe program was well organized The program moved at a reasonable pace. No surprises. It would be better to have some slides to show more of the data than just staring a a person talking. People tend to learn more visually than auditory. It would also help to be able to repeat a portion of a module to take in the information that is given at a rapid pace.
