Very easy to use and well laid out… Very easy to use and well laid out course, with relevant information. Always good to have a readable refresher on the rules of the road. Some of the video links did not work, but overall positive.

Excellent assist in making experience easy. I called a few times for assistance.I got exemplary help each time. I apologize thar I remember her name but she was absolutely above and beyond what I expect of customer service. The course was great and easily navigatable. I thought I was going to have trouble… I thought I was going to have trouble because it was not taking my answer for one of the 5 questions asked what my first job was? Kept saying incorrect & I couldn't move forward with the next module. I called Saturday & reset everything. So I'm very happy & satisfied about that glitch on my part of forgetting my answer.

16 year old daughter’s first traffic citation This was my 16 year old daughter’s first and hopefully last citation, and we were glad that she had the opportunity to take this class to prevent losing any points on her license. We were especially happy that NICE offered an online class that let her log out and log back in as often as she needed to. This was extremely helpful do to having school, homework, going to her job, and other school activities. We are very grateful for NICE.
