Easy to Navigate The website was easy to navigate and allowed me to complete my course quickly. Learned a lot of valuable information in the course to use moving forward.

A Great Refreshers course. This was a course that was really informative. I think everyone should actually take this course weather you have received a citation or not. I believe so many infractions on the road is because a lot of drivers don’t take in consideration what they were doing is a crime. This was a great refreshers course. It has been over forty years since drivers training.

Some content confusing The school reps answered my queries immediately and were responsive, which was a help. However, I found some of the discussions overly complicated and some of the test questions confusing, particularly in early sections. I had to make the type larger and the lines of type were too long--it was not user friendly until adjusted. Finally, there were many typos and slightly incorrect words. On the plus side, the tests could be retaken and the course could be easily stopped and resumed as needed.

Highly recommend. Economical. Swift and comprehensive response to customer queries. Highly recommend. Their pricing is very economical. Super quick response from the staff. I was very close to the deadline to complete defensive driving certificate and thought I was going to miss it. But NISE staff (Tess) was super quick in their response to my queries, helped me with the registration even when it was late Friday after office hours that I reached out to them. That really helped me complete the course in time. Thank you.

The course was pretty boring and a bit… The course was pretty boring and a bit outdated. I did learn a lot though. I wish it wasn’t timed, so that I would have gotten it done faster and not zone out all the time. Maybe some humor would keep it interesting and help us retain information?
