Sonja was a great trainer Sonja was a great trainer. The size of the class was excellent as well. The groups was able to engage freely and ask questions that were extremely useful. My only issue was the amount of material covered in such a short period of time. Going in, I had no idea it would be such an enormous flood of information. While I am familiar with most of the social media we discussed, I had no idea the powerful uses at my disposal. I recommend offering separate, one-day classes that can delve more deeply into each social media platform.

Great for Everyone I went to the GA training with a lot of gaps in my knowledge of how to most effectively use GA. I was nervous the course would be either too basic or too over my head -- however, the instructor Tim did an AMAZING job of finding common ground across many different levels of experience in the class so that we all got what we needed from the training. I left ready to start really making an impact at my company via the power of GA>

Has Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. Very engaging session Very engaging session! It was a very small class and instructor in a conference room. She taught us so much while not making it feel rushed. Great insights and resources provided. What was immensely helpful were the team exercises. They really made you better understand and retain what you just learned. The small class size allowed for free-flowing thoughts and ideas.

It was a helpful and insightful class I took the Philadelphia class and found it really informative and helpful. It was a lot of information to process over two days, but I prefer an immersive training session. The instructor, Paul, based some of the workshop direction off of my business challenges, which was great. My only feedback is that it went too much into Google Tag Manager, which probably deserves its own class (if there isn't one already).
