Google Analytics Training I took the 2 days of Google Analytics Immersive training. The instructor, Tim was great! Very knowledgable and answered all our questions. The class setting was small with 8 people which helped in more hands-on experience. I wish the lunch provided was better or at least different the second day. Panera sandwiches on both days. Expected a better lunch when you pay $$$ for the course and are sitting for 7-8 hours in a room. Overall, a good experience. I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend this training. - Akshata Hase

Past Imparture Trainer I've read several reviews about Imparture failing to provide refunds. I was a top-rated trainer for Imparture for a few years. They stiffed me as well. Has Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. Very engaging session Very engaging session! It was a very small class and instructor in a conference room. She taught us so much while not making it feel rushed. Great insights and resources provided. What was immensely helpful were the team exercises. They really made you better understand and retain what you just learned. The small class size allowed for free-flowing thoughts and ideas.

I really enjoyed my Google Analytics… I really enjoyed my Google Analytics Immersive training. Make sure to book in advance, as it was a little more difficult when I tried to get all the details squared away within 24 hours of the class. The instructor was knowledgeable and class size really was a strong benefit (just 5 people, all from varying backgrounds but pretty even skill levels).
