GBIt was a helpful and insightful class I took the Philadelphia class and found it really informative and helpful. It was a lot of information to process over two days, but I prefer an immersive training session. The instructor, Paul, based some of the workshop direction off of my business challenges, which was great. My only feedback is that it went too much into Google Tag Manager, which probably deserves its own class (if there isn't one already).

GBWould anyone from Imparture care to… Would anyone from Imparture care to comment on the refund situation? it’s been fully 6 weeks since you responded to my review stating that I could expect to hear regarding a refund “shortly”. I am over £1,000 out of pocket since you took my money in December 2019 for a course that never happened. How is it possible that a seemingly respectable company just shuts its doors, takes its website offline and becomes incommunicado overnight? Despite ceasing trading in December, You took the time to respond to people’s reviews and tell them refunds would be issued. So what is happening? Give us a contact we c an use to find out what is happening??

GBThe Google Analytics workshop with Lisa… The Google Analytics workshop with Lisa was wonderful! I learned so much in just two days, and I can't wait to start implementing my learnings. What I loved the most was the small classroom setting. It set the scene for more 1:1 conversation and help. I highly recommend taking an Imparture class for any of your digital marketing needs! GBSonja was a great trainer Sonja was a great trainer. The size of the class was excellent as well. The groups was able to engage freely and ask questions that were extremely useful. My only issue was the amount of material covered in such a short period of time. Going in, I had no idea it would be such an enormous flood of information. While I am familiar with most of the social media we discussed, I had no idea the powerful uses at my disposal. I recommend offering separate, one-day classes that can delve more deeply into each social media platform.

GBDO NOT register for their in-person… DO NOT register for their in-person sessions. They cancelled my session the week before, and only have other sessions in locations that would require a plane trip and hotel. Terribly unprofessional. Apparently: "unfortunately, we have had to take the difficult decision to cancel this workshop since we have not reached the minimum required number of attendees....(between 4-14 delegates)" So, now I have to deal with the hassle of getting my $ refunded, and given the last minute notice, likely not be able to take advantage my training budget for this year.
