Very engaging session Very engaging session! It was a very small class and instructor in a conference room. She taught us so much while not making it feel rushed. Great insights and resources provided. What was immensely helpful were the team exercises. They really made you better understand and retain what you just learned. The small class size allowed for free-flowing thoughts and ideas.

Past Imparture Trainer I've read several reviews about Imparture failing to provide refunds. I was a top-rated trainer for Imparture for a few years. They stiffed me as well. Over $4 K USD was never paid for my training and time. They close the company and started a new one EXACTLY like the old one. I'd like to offer any of you free classes that YOU SHOULD have had. No charge. No strings. No cost. You can contact me at Searchology.biz. Happy to do so.

An excellent two days on the Social… An excellent two days on the Social Media Immersive in Birmingham. I've run my own social media business since 2012 but this training course took me to the next level, reinforcing my self-taught skills and adding new knowledge which I can apply to my business and to my clients. The trainer, Andy Harrison, was outstanding - patient, clear and didn't bombard us with jargon! The venue was also superb. Top marks all round - thank you!

Good trainer, but non-existent course materials I attended the Digital Product Manager workshop at the beginning of January in London. The trainer, Andrew Lloyd-Gordon, was excellent. He knew his stuff, and ran the course at a very comfortable pace. The input from Imparture however, was very poor. There were no printed course notes, no name tents, they supplied absolutely nothing. The only thing on our desk when we arrived was a few sheets of paper and a pen, both branded by the venue, not Imparture. When you are paying this sort of money for a workshop, I would expect that there was a slide pack, and even a reference book.

Sonja was a great trainer Sonja was a great trainer. The size of the class was excellent as well. The groups was able to engage freely and ask questions that were extremely useful. My only issue was the amount of material covered in such a short period of time. Going in, I had no idea it would be such an enormous flood of information. While I am familiar with most of the social media we discussed, I had no idea the powerful uses at my disposal. I recommend offering separate, one-day classes that can delve more deeply into each social media platform.
