AUHas Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. EDIT (01/24/2020): The reply to this review below is the only communication I have had from Imparture. Imparture representative, If you're reading this, please send instructions on how I should proceed to receive a refund. Thank you.

GBOverall a well-designed two day course Positive: 1. The course was delivered by an experienced digital PM who have been in this industry for a long time. 2. The pace of this course is managed very well. 3. The interactive exercises are well designed. Negative: 1. The course material was only made available from email a week after the completion of course, whilst in the introduction it said within 24 hours. 2. Personally feel it should cover more B2B or enterprise-orientated use cases and areas.

GBThe Google Analytics workshop with Lisa… The Google Analytics workshop with Lisa was wonderful! I learned so much in just two days, and I can't wait to start implementing my learnings. What I loved the most was the small classroom setting. It set the scene for more 1:1 conversation and help. I highly recommend taking an Imparture class for any of your digital marketing needs! GBGood trainer, but non-existent course materials I attended the Digital Product Manager workshop at the beginning of January in London. The trainer, Andrew Lloyd-Gordon, was excellent. He knew his stuff, and ran the course at a very comfortable pace. The input from Imparture however, was very poor. There were no printed course notes, no name tents, they supplied absolutely nothing. The only thing on our desk when we arrived was a few sheets of paper and a pen, both branded by the venue, not Imparture. When you are paying this sort of money for a workshop, I would expect that there was a slide pack, and even a reference book.

GBDO NOT register for their in-person… DO NOT register for their in-person sessions. They cancelled my session the week before, and only have other sessions in locations that would require a plane trip and hotel. Terribly unprofessional. Apparently: "unfortunately, we have had to take the difficult decision to cancel this workshop since we have not reached the minimum required number of attendees....(between 4-14 delegates)" So, now I have to deal with the hassle of getting my $ refunded, and given the last minute notice, likely not be able to take advantage my training budget for this year.
