Google Analytics Training I took the 2 days of Google Analytics Immersive training. The instructor, Tim was great! Very knowledgable and answered all our questions. The class setting was small with 8 people which helped in more hands-on experience. I wish the lunch provided was better or at least different the second day. Panera sandwiches on both days. Expected a better lunch when you pay $$$ for the course and are sitting for 7-8 hours in a room. Overall, a good experience. I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend this training. - Akshata Hase

Overall a well-designed two day course Positive: 1. The course was delivered by an experienced digital PM who have been in this industry for a long time. 2. The pace of this course is managed very well. 3. The interactive exercises are well designed. Negative: 1. The course material was only made available from email a week after the completion of course, whilst in the introduction it said within 24 hours. 2. Personally feel it should cover more B2B or enterprise-orientated use cases and areas.

Business at ceased trading! Do not book with this company!! I booked a digital marketing e-course and only managed to attend one session before I received an email to say that Imparture has ceased trading and is discontinuing all future training courses. I was also told that their accounts team will be in touch shortly... One month on and I still haven’t had a refund :( Absolutely gutted!! Does anyone have any advice about how I can claim my money back?

Has Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. Very informative! The course was great and very informative. Sean, in particular, was a great instructor and was able to provide lots of real life examples. The course often ran over time and there was not time to run over the examples given in the slides as a group, perhaps adding an extra class or two would be beneficial to make sure everything can be run through without running over on already scheduled time or running through examples.
