Google Analytics Training I took the 2 days of Google Analytics Immersive training. The instructor, Tim was great! Very knowledgable and answered all our questions. The class setting was small with 8 people which helped in more hands-on experience. I wish the lunch provided was better or at least different the second day. Panera sandwiches on both days. Expected a better lunch when you pay $$$ for the course and are sitting for 7-8 hours in a room. Overall, a good experience. I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend this training. - Akshata Hase

Business at ceased trading! Do not book with this company!! I booked a digital marketing e-course and only managed to attend one session before I received an email to say that Imparture has ceased trading and is discontinuing all future training courses. I was also told that their accounts team will be in touch shortly... One month on and I still haven’t had a refund :( Absolutely gutted!! Does anyone have any advice about how I can claim my money back?

I really enjoyed my Google Analytics… I really enjoyed my Google Analytics Immersive training. Make sure to book in advance, as it was a little more difficult when I tried to get all the details squared away within 24 hours of the class. The instructor was knowledgeable and class size really was a strong benefit (just 5 people, all from varying backgrounds but pretty even skill levels).

Has Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. EDIT (01/24/2020): The reply to this review below is the only communication I have had from Imparture. Undertook a google analytics course Undertook a google analytics course. Our trainer Rupert was enthusiastic and taught well, answered questions thoroughly and gave insight where he could. Was beneficial for me as i have not used GA much. Would definitely consider Imparture for future courses. Only negative was the class was quite full, would be better if we had less people.
