Has Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. Imparture representative, If you're reading this, please send instructions on how I should proceed to receive a refund. Thank you.

My experience with Imparture was exceptional! My experience with Imparture was exceptional. Jennifer really knew a lot about social media and I could tell she had a wealth of knowledge to share with all of us. I loved the way she always made us feel comfortable asking however many and whatever kind of questions we wanted. Great experience and I've came out of there with a head full of ideas. Can't wait to put all of them into practice!

Undertook a google analytics course Undertook a google analytics course. Our trainer Rupert was enthusiastic and taught well, answered questions thoroughly and gave insight where he could. Was beneficial for me as i have not used GA much. Would definitely consider Imparture for future courses. Only negative was the class was quite full, would be better if we had less people.

Very engaging session Very engaging session! It was a very small class and instructor in a conference room. She taught us so much while not making it feel rushed. Great insights and resources provided. What was immensely helpful were the team exercises. They really made you better understand and retain what you just learned. The small class size allowed for free-flowing thoughts and ideas.

Very informative! The course was great and very informative. Sean, in particular, was a great instructor and was able to provide lots of real life examples. The course often ran over time and there was not time to run over the examples given in the slides as a group, perhaps adding an extra class or two would be beneficial to make sure everything can be run through without running over on already scheduled time or running through examples.
