GBTook our money then closed. We booked training for an employee with this company (and paid for it) but after a reschedule (on their side) they stopped communicating with us & didn't give us any information about the course venue, timings etc. They did not answer the phones or reply to emails. It was only now thanks to other Trustpilot reviews that we just discovered that that the company had closed. No communication from them, no refund, no apology. Very poor. Now seeking a refund through the bank.

GBAn excellent two days on the Social… An excellent two days on the Social Media Immersive in Birmingham. I've run my own social media business since 2012 but this training course took me to the next level, reinforcing my self-taught skills and adding new knowledge which I can apply to my business and to my clients. The trainer, Andy Harrison, was outstanding - patient, clear and didn't bombard us with jargon! The venue was also superb. Top marks all round - thank you!

GBUndertook a google analytics course Undertook a google analytics course. Our trainer Rupert was enthusiastic and taught well, answered questions thoroughly and gave insight where he could. Was beneficial for me as i have not used GA much. Would definitely consider Imparture for future courses. Only negative was the class was quite full, would be better if we had less people.

GBVery engaging session Very engaging session! It was a very small class and instructor in a conference room. She taught us so much while not making it feel rushed. Great insights and resources provided. What was immensely helpful were the team exercises. They really made you better understand and retain what you just learned. The small class size allowed for free-flowing thoughts and ideas.

GBIt was a helpful and insightful class I took the Philadelphia class and found it really informative and helpful. It was a lot of information to process over two days, but I prefer an immersive training session. The instructor, Paul, based some of the workshop direction off of my business challenges, which was great. My only feedback is that it went too much into Google Tag Manager, which probably deserves its own class (if there isn't one already).
