Business at ceased trading! Do not book with this company!! I booked a digital marketing e-course and only managed to attend one session before I received an email to say that Imparture has ceased trading and is discontinuing all future training courses. I was also told that their accounts team will be in touch shortly... One month on and I still haven’t had a refund :( Absolutely gutted!! Does anyone have any advice about how I can claim my money back?

The Google Analytics workshop with Lisa… The Google Analytics workshop with Lisa was wonderful! I learned so much in just two days, and I can't wait to start implementing my learnings. What I loved the most was the small classroom setting. It set the scene for more 1:1 conversation and help. I highly recommend taking an Imparture class for any of your digital marketing needs! I really enjoyed my Google Analytics… I really enjoyed my Google Analytics Immersive training. Make sure to book in advance, as it was a little more difficult when I tried to get all the details squared away within 24 hours of the class. The instructor was knowledgeable and class size really was a strong benefit (just 5 people, all from varying backgrounds but pretty even skill levels).

My experience with Imparture was exceptional! My experience with Imparture was exceptional. Jennifer really knew a lot about social media and I could tell she had a wealth of knowledge to share with all of us. I loved the way she always made us feel comfortable asking however many and whatever kind of questions we wanted. Great experience and I've came out of there with a head full of ideas. Can't wait to put all of them into practice!

Would anyone from Imparture care to… Would anyone from Imparture care to comment on the refund situation? it’s been fully 6 weeks since you responded to my review stating that I could expect to hear regarding a refund “shortly”. I am over £1,000 out of pocket since you took my money in December 2019 for a course that never happened. How is it possible that a seemingly respectable company just shuts its doors, takes its website offline and becomes incommunicado overnight? Despite ceasing trading in December, You took the time to respond to people’s reviews and tell them refunds would be issued. So what is happening? Give us a contact we c an use to find out what is happening??
