Sonja was a great trainer Sonja was a great trainer. The size of the class was excellent as well. The groups was able to engage freely and ask questions that were extremely useful. My only issue was the amount of material covered in such a short period of time. Going in, I had no idea it would be such an enormous flood of information. While I am familiar with most of the social media we discussed, I had no idea the powerful uses at my disposal. I recommend offering separate, one-day classes that can delve more deeply into each social media platform.

Has Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. Overall a well-designed two day course Positive: 1. The course was delivered by an experienced digital PM who have been in this industry for a long time. 2. The pace of this course is managed very well. 3. The interactive exercises are well designed. Negative: 1. The course material was only made available from email a week after the completion of course, whilst in the introduction it said within 24 hours. 2. Personally feel it should cover more B2B or enterprise-orientated use cases and areas.

Very engaging session Very engaging session! It was a very small class and instructor in a conference room. She taught us so much while not making it feel rushed. Great insights and resources provided. What was immensely helpful were the team exercises. They really made you better understand and retain what you just learned. The small class size allowed for free-flowing thoughts and ideas.

Intense and relevant, instant value Imparture training was two days of intensive, hands-on exercises I can take back to my office and show immediate value. I took the Google Analytics Immersive course, which covered Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio as well - and I'm so glad it did. Learning these tools quickly upped my knowledge, I highly recommend this course.
