Jennifer really knew a lot about social media and I could tell she had a wealth of knowledge to share with all of us. I loved the way she always made us feel comfortable asking however many and whatever kind of questions we wanted. Great experience and I've came out of there with a head full of ideas. Can't wait to put all of them into practice!

Very engaging session Very engaging session! It was a very small class and instructor in a conference room. She taught us so much while not making it feel rushed. Great insights and resources provided. What was immensely helpful were the team exercises. They really made you better understand and retain what you just learned. The small class size allowed for free-flowing thoughts and ideas.

Has Imparture gone out of business? I am registered for the user experience course that is scheduled to begin in two weeks. I emailed to inquire about dates and times and did not receive a reply. I just checked their website and it's down. I sent another email with no reply. I called their number and waited in the auto-attendant queue for twenty minutes. I'm concerned that the company is closed. If I don't hear back soon, I will file a complaint with my credit card company to refund my money. An excellent two days on the Social… An excellent two days on the Social Media Immersive in Birmingham. I've run my own social media business since 2012 but this training course took me to the next level, reinforcing my self-taught skills and adding new knowledge which I can apply to my business and to my clients. The trainer, Andy Harrison, was outstanding - patient, clear and didn't bombard us with jargon! The venue was also superb. Top marks all round - thank you!

Google Analytics Training I took the 2 days of Google Analytics Immersive training. The instructor, Tim was great! Very knowledgable and answered all our questions. The class setting was small with 8 people which helped in more hands-on experience. I wish the lunch provided was better or at least different the second day. Panera sandwiches on both days. Expected a better lunch when you pay $$$ for the course and are sitting for 7-8 hours in a room. Overall, a good experience. I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend this training. - Akshata Hase
