GBBusiness at ceased trading! Do not book with this company!! I booked a digital marketing e-course and only managed to attend one session before I received an email to say that Imparture has ceased trading and is discontinuing all future training courses. I was also told that their accounts team will be in touch shortly... One month on and I still haven’t had a refund :( Absolutely gutted!! Does anyone have any advice about how I can claim my money back?

GBTook our money then closed. We booked training for an employee with this company (and paid for it) but after a reschedule (on their side) they stopped communicating with us & didn't give us any information about the course venue, timings etc. They did not answer the phones or reply to emails. It was only now thanks to other Trustpilot reviews that we just discovered that that the company had closed. No communication from them, no refund, no apology. Very poor. Now seeking a refund through the bank.

GBOverall a well-designed two day course Positive: 1. The course was delivered by an experienced digital PM who have been in this industry for a long time. 2. The pace of this course is managed very well. 3. The interactive exercises are well designed. Negative: 1. The course material was only made available from email a week after the completion of course, whilst in the introduction it said within 24 hours. 2. Personally feel it should cover more B2B or enterprise-orientated use cases and areas.

GBThe Google Analytics workshop with Lisa… The Google Analytics workshop with Lisa was wonderful! I learned so much in just two days, and I can't wait to start implementing my learnings. What I loved the most was the small classroom setting. It set the scene for more 1:1 conversation and help. I highly recommend taking an Imparture class for any of your digital marketing needs! GBDO NOT register for their in-person… DO NOT register for their in-person sessions. They cancelled my session the week before, and only have other sessions in locations that would require a plane trip and hotel. Terribly unprofessional. Apparently: "unfortunately, we have had to take the difficult decision to cancel this workshop since we have not reached the minimum required number of attendees....(between 4-14 delegates)" So, now I have to deal with the hassle of getting my $ refunded, and given the last minute notice, likely not be able to take advantage my training budget for this year.
