GBOverall a well-designed two day course Positive: 1. The course was delivered by an experienced digital PM who have been in this industry for a long time. 2. The pace of this course is managed very well. 3. The interactive exercises are well designed. Negative: 1. The course material was only made available from email a week after the completion of course, whilst in the introduction it said within 24 hours. 2. Personally feel it should cover more B2B or enterprise-orientated use cases and areas.

CAVery informative! The course was great and very informative. Sean, in particular, was a great instructor and was able to provide lots of real life examples. The course often ran over time and there was not time to run over the examples given in the slides as a group, perhaps adding an extra class or two would be beneficial to make sure everything can be run through without running over on already scheduled time or running through examples.

GBAn excellent two days on the Social… An excellent two days on the Social Media Immersive in Birmingham. I've run my own social media business since 2012 but this training course took me to the next level, reinforcing my self-taught skills and adding new knowledge which I can apply to my business and to my clients. The trainer, Andy Harrison, was outstanding - patient, clear and didn't bombard us with jargon! The venue was also superb. Top marks all round - thank you!

GBGood trainer, but non-existent course materials I attended the Digital Product Manager workshop at the beginning of January in London. The trainer, Andrew Lloyd-Gordon, was excellent. He knew his stuff, and ran the course at a very comfortable pace. The input from Imparture however, was very poor. There were no printed course notes, no name tents, they supplied absolutely nothing. The only thing on our desk when we arrived was a few sheets of paper and a pen, both branded by the venue, not Imparture. When you are paying this sort of money for a workshop, I would expect that there was a slide pack, and even a reference book.

GBI really enjoyed my Google Analytics… I really enjoyed my Google Analytics Immersive training. Make sure to book in advance, as it was a little more difficult when I tried to get all the details squared away within 24 hours of the class. The instructor was knowledgeable and class size really was a strong benefit (just 5 people, all from varying backgrounds but pretty even skill levels).
