GBIntense and relevant, instant value Imparture training was two days of intensive, hands-on exercises I can take back to my office and show immediate value. I took the Google Analytics Immersive course, which covered Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio as well - and I'm so glad it did. Learning these tools quickly upped my knowledge, I highly recommend this course.

GBWould anyone from Imparture care to… Would anyone from Imparture care to comment on the refund situation? it’s been fully 6 weeks since you responded to my review stating that I could expect to hear regarding a refund “shortly”. I am over £1,000 out of pocket since you took my money in December 2019 for a course that never happened. How is it possible that a seemingly respectable company just shuts its doors, takes its website offline and becomes incommunicado overnight? Despite ceasing trading in December, You took the time to respond to people’s reviews and tell them refunds would be issued. So what is happening? Give us a contact we c an use to find out what is happening??

GBGreat for Everyone I went to the GA training with a lot of gaps in my knowledge of how to most effectively use GA. I was nervous the course would be either too basic or too over my head -- however, the instructor Tim did an AMAZING job of finding common ground across many different levels of experience in the class so that we all got what we needed from the training. I left ready to start really making an impact at my company via the power of GA>

GBGood trainer, but non-existent course materials I attended the Digital Product Manager workshop at the beginning of January in London. The trainer, Andrew Lloyd-Gordon, was excellent. He knew his stuff, and ran the course at a very comfortable pace. The input from Imparture however, was very poor. There were no printed course notes, no name tents, they supplied absolutely nothing. The only thing on our desk when we arrived was a few sheets of paper and a pen, both branded by the venue, not Imparture. When you are paying this sort of money for a workshop, I would expect that there was a slide pack, and even a reference book.

GBIt was a helpful and insightful class I took the Philadelphia class and found it really informative and helpful. It was a lot of information to process over two days, but I prefer an immersive training session. The instructor, Paul, based some of the workshop direction off of my business challenges, which was great. My only feedback is that it went too much into Google Tag Manager, which probably deserves its own class (if there isn't one already).
