Great for Everyone I went to the GA training with a lot of gaps in my knowledge of how to most effectively use GA. I was nervous the course would be either too basic or too over my head -- however, the instructor Tim did an AMAZING job of finding common ground across many different levels of experience in the class so that we all got what we needed from the training. Google Analytics Training I took the 2 days of Google Analytics Immersive training. The instructor, Tim was great! Very knowledgable and answered all our questions. The class setting was small with 8 people which helped in more hands-on experience. I wish the lunch provided was better or at least different the second day. Panera sandwiches on both days. Expected a better lunch when you pay $$$ for the course and are sitting for 7-8 hours in a room. Overall, a good experience. I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend this training. - Akshata Hase

Would anyone from Imparture care to… Would anyone from Imparture care to comment on the refund situation? it’s been fully 6 weeks since you responded to my review stating that I could expect to hear regarding a refund “shortly”. I am over £1,000 out of pocket since you took my money in December 2019 for a course that never happened. How is it possible that a seemingly respectable company just shuts its doors, takes its website offline and becomes incommunicado overnight? Despite ceasing trading in December, You took the time to respond to people’s reviews and tell them refunds would be issued. So what is happening? Give us a contact we c an use to find out what is happening??
