CAI've had an 'orrdinary experience' with… I've had an 'orrdinary experience' with Pure Nootropics overall. They seem to be 'averege'. The selection of products is fairly limited but the items they do offer seems to be propriate for most needs. I didn't have any problems with communecation. All my inquiries got 'responses' in a 'resonable' amount of time. The only thing I didn't care for was that I had to search a bit insted of just being able to browse. Overall it's been a 'mediocore' experience.

GBPoor Customer Service I sent the company emails and left phone messages asking them to stop sending the monthly deliveries as I have been accumulating too many bottles. Only once did I get an email response in which they said they would honor my request. However, I still continue to receive shipments. It is extremely inconvenient that I can never speak to a person on the phone and they do NOT call me back. Nor do they follow through to stop sending me products and billing me in spite of several requests to stop. I'm really quite upset about this My first email was sent on 1/27/2023 after leaving 2 or 3 voice messages

GBVitamin B12 liquid, label says the serving size is “2 capsules” 1oz bottle of vitamin B-12 sublingual drops. The label says “Serving size: 2 capsules” SERIOUSLY!!? 2 CAPSULES??!! Give me a break, it’s a liquid! Duh! So I looked on their web site, there’s no information on serving size or dose information. Then I found out they’re only open for a 3 1/2 hours each day, it’s a part time business!! “We are open from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm Mountain Standard Time” Caveat emptor!

GBThey have improved alot over the years! Very impressed with service. Pure nootropics has improved alot over the years I've ordered from them. And the past year or so things have been nothing but exceptional. Very pleased with how much care and effort they have put into improving. Nootropics have always been great quality too. Of course the people that have a bad experience are always the ones to leave a review, that's just how it goes, you know?

GBMy package has been held at DHL for 5… My package has been held at DHL for 5 days awaiting information from Pure. Emailed multiple times and got fobbed off twice, last email said it would be sorted/looked into. That was 2 days ago and no reply since!! And I paid for speedy delivery! Will never use again
