They have improved alot over the years! Very impressed with service. Pure nootropics has improved alot over the years I've ordered from them. And the past year or so things have been nothing but exceptional. Very pleased with how much care and effort they have put into improving. Nootropics have always been great quality too. Of course the people that have a bad experience are always the ones to leave a review, that's just how it goes, you know?

No customer service It’s been a week and a half; they do not pick up the phone, reply back to VM, or reply back to email inquiries ( tried both email addresses). They are only open a few hours a day. The customer service is non existent. Several years ago this company had a good reputation. Im thinking new management might have taken over.

I ordered my first ever racetam from… I ordered my first ever racetam from Pure Nootropics under the old domain and with the old logo back in 2018. The shipping took a long time. The upside was, it was amazingly potent - even more than ND. It was late 2022 next I ordered. I emailed PN to enable racetams on my account as a former buyer, then I received it pretty fast. Haven't taken it enough to leave detailed review, but I did note a sharpening of vision when walking that lasted several minutes after ingesting ~200mg of Aniracetam.
