My package has been held at DHL for 5… My package has been held at DHL for 5 days awaiting information from Pure. Emailed multiple times and got fobbed off twice, last email said it would be sorted/looked into. That was 2 days ago and no reply since!! And I paid for speedy delivery! Will never use again

They have been nothing but helpful… They have been nothing but helpful towards me when my package kept getting sent back because usps messed up. These guys are a stand up organization and you should do business with them.
